The UPS Store

I needed to send two large boxes across country, and was dreading bringing them to UPS after a history of awful experiences with various UPS locations. HOWEVER, Dave was personable, respectful, and very funny. He offered a number of options for shipping my packages and provided different prices/​fees with each option. I will come back to this UPS location with every single package I need to send out. Thanks, Dave!

I frequent UPS stores around Denver due to business and have even been to a location in Castle Rock a few times. I often have a lot of packages that I’m shipping out, fairly heavy, but it’s usually a convenient enough process. There’s a difference between a store being accommodating and a store going above and beyond, and THIS particular location always has employees who go above and beyond for me. I never ask for help because quite frankly, I don’t need it. But, I have always been offered help when I come in to this store, and it’s almost insisted upon. The employees are always so friendly and professional, which is definitely appreciated.
Recently I had a rather large project I needed help with, and I knew that I could rely on this store to help me. I’ve spoken with one of the owners, Dave, over the phone several times to arrange details for my shipment, and he’s been nothing but helpful. I deal with a lot of different businesses in my line of work, and to come across someone who is eager to help and happy to do it — well it’s just really nice.
It goes a long way to provide a service in a professional but friendly and light-​hearted manner, and that’s what I believe you’ll get at this UPS location.

I just wanted to Unilocal about the great customer service I got from this store today. Thank you to the UPS employee who came out to my car to pick up a package so I didn’t have to wake my sleeping baby.
