I love Texas Roadhouse. Their rolls and cinnamon butter and steaks are fantastic! The only thing I was upset about during this visit was that the hostesses were all too«busy» to greet us. We went in and there didn’t seem to be a long line even though the place definitely seemed packed. One hostess was on the phone while the others just stood around and stared at things like we didn’t just walk in. I’ve been that newbie but always greet the customers. Whether you’re on the phone or have no clue what you’re doing. Acknowledging them even with a smile and a nod or telling them you’re new and have no idea how to do the job yet goes a long way. We’ve all been new at something so we usually get it. After we were seated, our waitress was great. She was super nice and attentive. There was only one point in time where I thought she forgot about us but the place was packed so I completely understood. When she was MIA, other servers came to check up on us and it was fantastic. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye with a sweet potato and the seasoned rice and I had the filet medallions with a sweet potato and veggies(but only because mine came on rice or else I would have gotten the rice because it’s awesome). We got the steaks medium rare and all came out perfectly. My medallions came with 2 choices for sauce and I didn’t know which one I wanted so she told me that I could get it on the side and she would give me both! I liked them both but I liked the peppercorn one more. The mushroom sauce was thicker and had mushrooms in it. Just a creamy sauce where the peppercorn one was more like a juice. I also had the«Wild Strawberry Lemonade» and my boyfriend had a beer. I don’t really know what wild strawberries taste like in Texas(even though I’m from there) but it just tasted like artificial strawberry flavored lemonade like you could get anywhere. Overall, it was a good, casual date night for us and we had so many leftovers for the next day!

Came here for dinner with my girlfriend. Once we walked in we were not greeted at all. We stood there for about a good 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. I mean I get it, sometimes you’re busy and on the phone with another customer… BUT there were literally three other staff members just standing around doing nothing… We finally got their attention and waited about 15 – 20 minutes for a table. Once we were seated by our very nice and attentive waitress, we ordered a bone in ribeye and filet medallions. Both dishes came out at a reasonable time and were delicious. I ordered my ribeye medium rare and it was perfect. The seasoned rice was a little salty, but still very tasty. Also, the rolls… their rolls and cinnamon butter is truly amazing. Can’t get enough of it. Pros: Great food. Fun place. Reasonable prices. Waitress was nice. Cons: Wasn’t greeted. Stood there for 10 minutes… Overall: Just get to a table and the food will be worth it!

So I wanted to do enjoy a nice steak dinner with my Mata G Kali on a cold rainy day. We decided to come to Texas Roadhouse, we were seated and greeted promptly. Are awesome waitress Lori came up and got us started off with our beverages I ordered a Jamaican Cowboy margarita that is absolutely delicious. I ordered from the early dine menu it is available Monday through Thursday From 4 p. m until 6 p.m. I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin and it comes with two sides I chose a sweet potato and yummy delicious corn. Our waitress Lori offered me marshmallows on my sweet potato that I was never offered before. My Mata G Kali ordered from the early dine menu also her order consisted of country fried sirloin a baked potato with sour cream and butter and a Caesar salad she said that her her sirloin was very tasty. During our meal they did a cowboy Western line dance it was so enjoyable to watch. The other Texas Roadhouses I have been to don’t do this .I will definitely be a regular at this Texas Roadhouse. ;-)

Went today for our grandmother’s birthday. And we loved it. The waiter we had Nicolas was amazing. We didn’t have to wait long for him. He made sure our needs were met. It was awesome. I highly recommend this place. And I highly recommend getting Nicolas as your waiter. So thank you Nicolas

Wow — the Country Fried Steak was a big as the plate and the plate was not small! The food here is consistent — good but not over the top — hey it’s a chain so you usually know what you are getting. What pushed this to a 4 star instead of just a 3 was the staff. Shamel, our waiter was excellent. He was there when we needed him and was very professional and friendly. It was a Friday evening and the place was packed but our service was speedy.

My family and I have been to several Texas Roadhouse restaurants and this is the first one I feel was worthy of writing a review. We were traveling through Denver for the night my husband really wanted steak and the kids and I were starving. I looked on Unilocal and saw there were a couple of family friendly restaurants that served steak and this is the one we chose. When we arrived we were seated right away and can you believe the the hot rolls were on the table as we sat down(which quickly disappeared by the way). Anyway our waiter was fantastic and the food was much better that expected. My husband even said it his ribeye was one of the best steaks he has ever eaten. Great job to the roadhouse team!

Overall, I like the chain. The service at this particular location is pretty bad. We called ahead for seating as we usually do. We were quoted about 25 minutes and decided to head over. When we got there, instead of a pleasant greeting, I was told we were still going to have to wait because we were quoted 25 minutes and we still had about 10 minutes left on the quoted time. It’s fine if there is a wait, I get that. What I don’t get is the lack of customer service. The hostess should have smiled and said, it’ll be about 10 more minutes. We walked over to the bar to wait and a table freed up. I asked if there was open seating at the table and the bartender barked at me «NO, not at the table.» I obviously didn’t know, which is why I asked. Finally, my steak was over cooked. It’s almost worth the drive to the North side of town because the Thornton location has great customer service!

Yuck. The food is so processed and looks like cafeteria food at a prison when it comes out of the kitchen. Not to mention I got food poisoning the one, and only, time we’ve ever eaten here.

Stopped here for a very late lunch heading out of town. At 2:30 pm it was packed. Hostess said 20 minutes and asked if our entire party was here. I told her yes, the others were heading into the restaurant after parking the car. She kind of gave me the«I don’t believe you» look. Once everyone came inside, my buzzer miraculously went off! Less than 3 minute wait. Interesting. Food at this location was good. Ordered some steaks. They were actually grilled exactly how we asked. Unfortunately, our waitress was MIA a lot of the time. We ran out of drinks and when the manager stopped by to ask how everything was, we asked for drinks. :) A decent stop for a chain.

I went here last night. Very disappointed. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant too but I usually go to the one in Thornton off of Grant. My experience was the worse. Server was MIA most of the night my MR ribeye came out well done. My daughters steak bites wasn’t even snake bites it came out something totally different. My wife’s food was cold. They never brought out my sons corn on his plate. Our drinks were empty all night. They charged us for a extra side of fries we never ordered. I had to ask other servers for stuff. I’ll never go to this location ever again. The manager came by but ultimately did nothing when it was all said and done. I’m furious!!! I’ll be calling

A must place to visit for great food and fun. As soon as we were seated they brought fresh and warm bread, which was delicious. Elise was our server and she was constantly checking on us… she was fantastic. At least one of the senior staff checked on us too. We had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. The portions are large enough to split. The atmosphere is very fun and lively. On certain songs the staff does a short line dance, which is very entertaining. The bar area is fantastic with at least 7 large screen TVs.

The food is amazing and the steak is well cooked and it tends to be that way pretty consistently. The service is slower. With a hour wait time and taking about 30 mins to get food. Its kinda frustrating when your hungry and waiting for food when your waiter is line dancing in the aisle. And/or clapping every 10 mins for another birthday train.
