Tebo Store Fixtures

I LOVE Tebos, I’ve been going for years. They recently went through a change in management which definitely has the company headed in a great direction. Their staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating, they genuinely want to help you outfit your store and are the best in the business

I am a regular shopper at Tebo Store Fixtures. They always provide good customer service and have many of the display and packaging materials I need.

I selected items with the help of a sales woman. The items were loaded into my car by someone else. Days later realized I was given the wrong hooks. I selected 24 hooks and was given 4 different hooks and I didn’t receive other displays I purchased. When I called today, the lady who answered was rude! She said she had customers in line and would have someone call me back and slammed the phone. Once I get the correct merchandise I wont do business with them again.

Tebo has become our «go-​to» store! Donna is always really helpful over the phone. She lets me know right away if everything I need is in stock and helps me order and get back to work quickly. The driver (I can’t recall his name) who delivered our slatwall was exceptionally helpful as well. He helped haul our entire order up a flight of stairs, which was not easy!

Attempted to pick up and purchase over $ 2000 of products this evening — got stuck in traffic on my hour drive to Tebo and the store manager decided it was too costly to pay her two warehouse workers 15 min of overtime to stay until 5:15pm. I could not believe the lack of customer service — especially as we pulled into the parking lot 3 minutes after 5pm only to see her pulling out of the lot without even giving us a glance — we had spoke to the sales staff 3 times between 4:15 and 5pm letting them know our progress and they refused to stay even 1 minute after 5pm. Ridiculous and a waste of 2 hours of my time. As a business owner I have stayed many extra «minutes» for customers to go that extra mile. I’m hoping I can give all of my business tomorrow to another company more deserving of its customers than Tebo is — hopefully myself and my 6 businesses will never have to spend another dime in their shop. Apparently in Tebo’s managers mind, 3 minutes is worth more than a $ 2000+ sale.

The place is big, has lots of cool stuff, display cases, hanger racks, slatwall, you name it. The sales people are outstanding, not pushy at all, just a mecca of helpful information. NOW, lets talk prices… They actually are not high at all considering you can actually go look at something in person and pick it up. Sure try gambling online, I have had nightmares doing so for cheaper prices. Ended up with cheap looking mannequins with no return policy. Plus shipping can ruin you. I hear Tebo is getting a new line of mannequins in this week or next :) I will be back for more goodies!

Prices are high but it is convenient if you need a few pieces or can’t wait for shipping. Yes the used items are priced high too… If you own a small shop or boutique it is worth checking out. They sell plastic bags, hangers, price tag guns and other things a business owner might need. It is open to the public, no business license needed.

I think I became a sad kitten camper, when I entered this store. I mean, we were recommended highly from one of the fixture stores in town to go to Tebo Store Fixtured for used fixtures. Yes, they have lots of fixtures if you intend to run or have your own business. From displays, shelvings, wall fixtures, signage, packaging items, security mirrors and even cash registers to name a few. UNFORTUNATELY, the prices they offer was indeed OUTRAGES. Expensive to the Capital E! Why Tebo Store Fixtures, Why?
Well, by all means if you intend to compare prices, you are welcome to this store, but please make sure you do your extensive research for used fixtures. All in all, definitely a MEH experience for Hubs and I.
