I have to pass several T-​Mobile retail locations to get to this store. That doesn’t bother me one bit. I visit this particular store because I have always found the staff to be competent, pleasant and helpful. They assisted me with the last two phones I purchased. This evening, Store Associate, Josiel, seamlessly transferred all the information from my dying phone to the brand new shiny one and explained all the bells and whistles. He was most patient with my elementary questions. I’m happy to report that I’ve always received great customer service at Northfield.
Other pluses include: minimal to no wait times; ample parking; and a clean and well-​stocked retail space. As long as I keep T-​Mobile as my wireless provider, I will use this location for all my needs.
