As a long-time Apple fan I had a struggle deciding to get my new 6s from T-Mobile instead of at the Apple store. Research online pointed me to the idea that I’d save lots of money by getting it directly from the T-Mobile store. I had an appointment on launch day at Apple. I pictured the mob scene of many years before and decided to call a couple of T-Mobile stores and see if they had the model I wanted and get an idea if it would be to my advantage to buy from them. I ended up going to this store only a few blocks from my house and asked for the guy I had spoken to on the phone, Gabriel. There really weren’t that many people in the store and it definitely wasn’t a scene like it always was at Apple. As I waited a few minutes for Gabriel to finish with his previous customers I got a feel for the store. I love that this store is bi-lingual, Spanish and English and it seemed like everyone who works there is fluent in both. And then Gabriel Martinez Sanchez started the process to get me my new phone and a great plan for me! All I can say is, I couldn’t be more impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, thinking outside the box, listening to what I value in a phone plan and coming up with lots of savings ideas on his own which I would have never dreamed of! By the time I left with my beautiful new phone I had literally saved hundreds of dollars(over my previous Apple experiences and their current offerings) I was entered into their small business plan which saved me more hundreds, and oddly, since my son is on T-Mobile, making no changes to either of our billing process except ‘linking’ his plan with mine, *he* automatically gets $ 20 off of his bill every month into perpetuity!!! Gabriel Martinez Sanchez is the finest sales person of any kind which I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He’s tireless, informed, brilliant, kind, attentive, professional and amazing. I feel so lucky to have found this store and look forward to a long relationship with T-Mobile. I left feeling like I had won the lottery– and in a way, I had!

Constructive Criticism: GO F*CKYOURSELF T MOBILE. Issue: Difficulty getting a SIM chip delivered to my home… in LESSTHAN1MONTH Proposed Solution: STEP1 Take a large, lead and broken glass-covered, 10-pound gold-plated telephone and forcibly insert that radioactive bitch up your anus.(This will help you empathize with the pain I’m currently experiencing sitting on hold, after being disconnected 7 times over 3 days, and after having spoken to 10+ reps in shipping, customer service, and telesales. STEP2 Once lodged nice and deep, purchase a handful of claymores, carbines, grenades, and a cool pair of shades. STEP3 Proceed to dispense with EACHANDEVERYMEMBER of your TELESALES, BACKOFFICE, SHIPPING, and CUSTOMERSERVICE departments… figuratively, of course. STEP4 Clean up. STEP5 Give Bain 1 million dollars to SETUP A CUSTOMERSATISFACTION-ORIENTED operation. STEP6 You’re inadvertently gonna have to shell out another mil for ONESINGLE order processing/shipping/tracking/support system. Bain will advise which firm to hire for this. YOUCANNOTDOTHISINTERNALLY [you bafoon-headed morons]. STEP7 Give Bain another million to INTERVIEW, and HIRE on your behalf. DON’T DARE let a Tmobile employee near an applicant.

Never ever go to this TMobile store. The people here are extremely rude. They never know how to do anything right. They try to to sell to sell you plastic put together with gum.

t mobile is a fine phone co, and for the most part their reps are on the ball. that being said, this store needs some reorganization. only 2 floor sales folks on a sunday is bad form. and 2 other sales people came in & out of the sales area without helping anyone. there was a line 4 deep when we left.

First off, I’ve been with TMobile since 2005& have been VERY happy with them and their service. Last week my BlackBerry’s software deiced to just die! Well, let me tell you that the team there(Don, TC& others) did an AWESOME job at attempting anything & everything to salvage my phone to the point that one of them took it home to work on it on it on their own time! Oh yeah & they gave me a loaner in the meantime! They didn’t have to do everything that they did for me & I DO appreciate it & everything! Unfortunately the phone could not be saved however my experience with this location was AWESOME&FUN!!! Go check them out if you need anything from TMobile!!!
