Starbucks

This Starbucks is GREAT in the outdoorsy months where they have a great patio! The rest of the time inside, it is dirty and too busy, chaotic, with not the friendliest of service. Furniture is pushed up against the walls and is not conducive for working on your laptop, visiting, or even eating. Furniture is pushed into every corner, jammed in, to allow all the people standing and waiting a place to stand and wait because at this Starbucks, you will stand and wait!

I’ve been frequenting this particular location for about 10 years now. The staff has changed a lot in the past year and it seems as though the there’s a lot of turnover. Mornings are a bit slow now and my drink (s) are not always right. AND the parking lot —- if you park next to the building you might get stuck waiting for cars to pass… hopefully someone will be kind enough to let you pull out.

Generally, not the best location I’ve experienced. I needed a place for a 45 minute business meeting, and the location was in the right area. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement is very cold and unimaginative. The floor was covered in scraps of napkin, debris, and other assorted refuse. There were a couple of tables with old cups that selfish jackass customers didn’t bother to move to the trash, only feet away.
Either way, it wasn’t so busy that someone on the staff couldn’t peel away for a moment to address the glaring discrepancies. The staff was very pleasant, however, and should not be harshly flogged — just reminded that people notice these things.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because it’s close to my gym. They are big and they have a really nice patio area. The staff is always friendly and they are fast. If there’s a line at the cash register, the barista will start asking you for your drink order so you don’t have to wait a long, long time. I really appreciate it when a business appreciates my time. Of course, Starbucks’ products are very consistent, which is what I like about them.

This Starbucks always has super friendly baristas and seems to get the drinks out quickly. I usually don’t go to this location, just because there’s a drive thru on my usual route, but I recommend this Starbucks for sure!

Convenient location with the nicest baristas. I try to steer away from the chain coffee but it’s close. I love my white chocolate mocha with a splash of caramel syrup. So yummy anytime a year! Whether hot or iced.

I’m not a starbucks fan but every once in a while I’ll find myself in there grabbing a drink. Today I needed an iced tea lemondae and it took 15 minutes and 2 tries to get it and I didn’t even get more than a mumbled thanks for waiting. I was standing in line and the barista was calling out asking for drink orders and repeated back to me what my order was and then apparently didn’t write it correctly on the cup. When I paid I paid for the drink I ordered and then watched as the other 3 people in line behind me got their fancy latte drinks. There was an iced tea sitting on the counter so I said I think that this is mine but it’s supposed to be a tea lemonade and I got the response of well then it’s not yours, yours is coming. BUT it didn’t-and if I hadn’t already paid I would have walked out. Have one of the FOUR baristas back there mix some lemonade in with the damn tea and send me on my merry way. 15 minutes was entirely too much time wasted of my afternoon especially with 2 small kids in tow who wanted everything and anything that they could get their little hands on. I won’t be back to this location.
