Sleek Lofts

I’d definitely agree with previous posts except for noise, but can’t blame that on sleek. Luckily patrick and cornerstone listened to our complaints (super loud party neighbors) and we worked it all out. Were pretty high tolerance, but girls drunk screaming at 2am on tuesday is bruttttttalllll. Otherwise residents are friendly.
Only 4 stars because we honestly never met the manager till a few months living here. Also mold is in every bathroom, incident with a/​c, but they fixed it super fast. The manager walked in our apt without knockingI, but the maintenance guy apologized for him. Think it was miscommunication between them. I wish parking wasn’t so expensive and rent seems to constantly be raising, but that’s the market. Occasionally a bum is sleeping in front door, but not on regs. They seem
to always be upgrading building.
We wish we could stay but having a baby, and def not a spot for kids. id recommend it to anyone witht dogs! No pet rent and very clean!
Besides our poor luck, the other residents seem professional and quiet. Cornerstone is great and really helpful! Wish we could stay but a 2bd puts you around 1350/​mo with parking. Definitely good for roommates!

The last review was written almost a year ago, when Residential Niche still ran the place. Cornerstone took over in September and things have changed dramatically. The internet works consistently (nice to have free wi-​fi), the exercise room has a pretty decent variety of equipment and there are two huge flat-​screen T. V’s to watch in the common area. Best of all? QUIET. All of the people living here are late twenties to thirty somethings with actual jobs and who care about where they live. Maintenance issues are really non-​issues. Get a tour before you let an online review tell you what to think, you might just be surprised.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Take it from a Denver Native this company is bad.bad.bad… For starters my ventilation never got fixed the entire time I lived in my apartment. Try sneezing and sweeping up dust for an entire year. If you have ever eaten at Benny’s and parked in the parking lot adjacent to their Sleek building, you probably got towed and they are the company to blame. An ex-​employee told me they get spiffs from the tow co. for each tow that they do. The free internet included in rent was down most the time. Also, one of the loudest and messiest apartment buildings I have ever lived in. Fortunately for me, a couple months before I moved in the Sleek building it had a massive flood derived from faulty pipes that destroyed much of the property in several units. I was told by renters living in the building at this time that Residential Niche wasn’t exactly cooperative in paying for the damages if at all. To top it off, I am still waiting for my deposit after countless emails, phone calls and text messages. Well its been 3.5 months now and Colorado Law states that you, RESIDENTIAL NICHE, owe me full reimbursement because an invoice was never sent! See you in court if you are still in business!

DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal your money. They will not return your calls. They will not service your apartment when your AC is broken. They won’t fix your apartment quickly when it floods. The employees are worthless and don’t care about their tenants.
