I like this place because it is half the price of other cleaners and they know my name. I’ve never had a problem in 4 years.

Slow and didn’t ruin my clothes as it seems they have others and also very expensive. I am a student at DU and am originally from L.A. and Silver Star is more expensive than the high end door to door cleaning company we use in L.A.
I’ve also lived in Vermont and this place is 4 – 5 times more expensive than there and twice as expensive as in L.A.
There is no logic to it being overpriced, it is not like they are getting it done quickly or even providing good customer service, hell even the Subway next door where an employee called me an a-​hole for asking for a refund on uncooked cookies has better customer service (they at least acknowledge me).

They put holes in my brand new wedding dress, and then shrugged in response to my surprise and concern. Um, you can’t use diaper pins to hang a strapless dress on a hanger. Well, you can, I guess… but it’s kind on like the Roman centurions claiming that they were just trying to keep Jesus from falling off of his perch.
Oh, and I still had to pay for the «cleaning». Not cool.
