Clean, but terrible customer service… if you need help finding a product or checking out. This location does a terrible job taking care of the customer. We asked where the Dr. Scholls display was at, and the associate kept stocking product without saying a word. After a few minutes, we found the product and when checking out… the associate asked if we had a Rite Aid card. We said no and can we sign up for one. The cashier said I do not have time for you as he looked down on his computer and did not make any eye contact. Very poor job as we left over $ 120.00 on the counter that we decided not to buy here. This location provided one of the worst shopping experiences that I have had living in Denver. Bottom five location to buy anything in Denver.

Liquor Store in a drug store. What else could you ask for? They recently remodeled this location, and it’s clean, well-lit and laid out very nicely. The prices are good, even better if it’s on sale… and they have a huge selection of liquors, wines, beers and ciders. They especially have a large wine selection. The one thing that I didn’t see much of was any sort of assistance from staff. For example, if I walked in and wanted to ask questions about wine… I’m not confident that anyone could help me. I’ll keep going back for fun liquors, and wines that I feel confident in purchasing on my own, but will keep my fancy wine purchases to other liquor stores.

This store has been completely remodeled it is bright clean and very friendly in addition it’s one third pharmacy one third wine and liquor store and one third everything else that you just might need at the spur of the moment parking is easy and it’s easy to get to what more can you ask for

I’m gonna go middle of the road on Rite Aid because while their store is clean and staff were helpful, the pharmacist a) didn’t know if they carried a semi-common medical item(they said it was in stock and even gave me an aisle location for it – they weren’t there, and when the asst. manager came by I heard from her they didn’t carry that item at all), and b) the prices, although you might *think* are fairly inexpensive, are not always. It depends what you’re looking for. It is right next to Sprouts which makes it a convenient place to check if you need something non-specialized. Unlike Audra, I am not reviewing Keg Liquors(in the same shopping area, but«separate») at the same time as Rite Aid — there’s a different store listing for that, and I would bump them up to 4 stars if I were doing that. This is just for the non-booze related section — but one point is worth reiterating: «Rite-Aid has a shopper’s reward card, and the more you spend on a loyalty card, the more ‘rewards’ you get, like 25% shopping passes. The liquor counts.» As far as I know, that’s still true — at least in part if not fully. The card is called a «wellness+» card. Outside of red wine, don’t ask me how getting a discount on your tequila counts towards«wellness», but let’s not be nitpicky; you’re still saving moola. ;) Pretty well-stocked store; if I’d found what I was looking for after being told specifically where it was(and roaming up and down the aisle 3 times slowly scanning), I might bump them a star.

This is going to be a different type of review for a drug store. This location has a liquor store and has the lowest prices I think in the state for beer. Great selection of beer and always very cold. Check out the weekly specials. That’s it for my review but if you are into shopping for beer specials and low prices give this place a try

You’re missing out if you haven’t been here. This is one of those weird, weird places that looks so commonplace, and most of us will do what our brains are made to do, which is to rely on past experience, and judge it as a drugstore, just like all the others. Yet, if you *do* simply happen to venture in, you’ll find, as I did, that you were wrong… so wrong! Can you tell that I seriously think that this is the most awesome drugstore, albeit corporate, albeit it a chain? I’m a linguist by trade, and the place still defies description. I’ll try, but seeing it for yourself is the only way to truly know that of which I speak. First let me say: you’re gonna have to read another review to find out how this drugstore’s pharmacy actually ranks against others. I am *only* here for the self-medicating aspects: shopping for drugstore cosmetics, and perusing the gigantic liquor selection; not filling prescriptions(I’m stubbornly resisting having a prescription I need to fill more often than once or twice a year). Have you been to the Duane Ready drug stores in Manhattan? How about the one at Port Authority with the awesome high ceilings and weird combinations of liquor and sundries? If you have been there, you’re going to recognize this place as one in the same, in a much-less urban area. Oh yeah — and with fewer prestige cosmetics items. No Chanel counter therein, which, in my book, is as it should be anyway. I personally have a little soft spot in my heart for drugstore cosmetics, and I enjoy cruising through the aisles looking at what’s new with Loreal this season. What I’ll say for Rite-aid on the whole is this: they seem to work really hard at having stuff no one else has. Case in point: I am a big fan of Jesse’s Girl loose powder shadows. Somehow, it’s tough to find the line outside of Rite-Aid, and when you do, they don’t have nearly the color selection that they do inside a Rite-Aid store. Now, that said, this Rite-Aid blows ‘em all out of the water. They’ve got stuff here that I haven’t seen since my grandma was alive, like Iodex balm, red petrolatum rouge, and bottles of lilac water with glycerine. They have colors of lipstick I can’t find elsewhere. They just have *everything*. They have junk you need, junk you don’t need, junk you have to fight with yourself not to buy, and junk your kids will shake you down for, if you give them the chance. Furthermore — the liquor. Oh dear Lord in Heaven, THELIQUOR. This store is big — nearly the same size as Sunflower Market next door, and the liquor store portion is half of the store. Formally known as Keg Liquor, it’s run by Rite-Aid, and you can buy your Jaegermeister, alongside the makeup you found that you love but don’t need, the Muno pillow your 3 year old found and won’t put back, and the garden hose you found there on clearance. Do you see what I mean yet? Also, I just want to add that if you’re an impoverished wine drinker, like myself, they have every last kind of Barefoot wine there that you can think of — Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, and my two faves — Sweet Red and Moscato, for 4.99 a bottle. If you’re not an impoverished wine drinker, they have higher quality stuff too. Ice wine comes right to mind, as well as fine reds; they also have unusual wines made from other fruits there, and last time I checked, they have a decent selection of Belgian Lambics, somewhere between fruity wine and beer, which are my weakness. They have PBR light — Tell me the last time you saw a 12 pack of that *anywhere*. They have Grey Goose, but they have UV and Stoli. The range of qualities is excellent. I tell you, they have a lot of different types and brands of liquor, and their prices are pretty good. Another point of interest: Rite-Aid has a shopper’s reward card, and the more you spend on a loyalty card, the more ‘rewards’ you get, like 25% shopping passes. The liquor counts. Now that, my friends, is shopping gold. The last and most important aspect of the gem that is the U Hills Rite Aid: They don’t close at 9 pm, like other drugstores do(those that aren’t 24 hour pharmacies, anyway). They close at midnight. As a night owl, this suits me to a ‘t’. There’s not much to dislike, so go, get a handle of Jack, a Cosmo magazine, some lipstick, a toy car, and a garden gnome they had on clearance, plus some Neosporin for that nasty papercut you got earlier in the day, and some Fiddle Faddle for the ride home. I’m pretty sure you’re gonna see that I am dead-on right, and that you’re bound to think it’s as weird and wonderful as I do.

The people that work at the Pharmacy are very nice and helpful. The girl working the counter went out of her way to help me with my insurance issue and she was very pleasant about it. They are always really quick filling prescriptions too.
