Renew Skin and Laser

Leslie is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable. I tried laser once before and had a horrible experience with a machine that caused me a lot of pain. I was skeptical to start again, but my first experience with Leslie got me excited about laser again. Every time I go in, I seem to have a new body part I want lasered because it’s so great. The results have been fantastic and Leslie has really worked well with me to find me great deals and specials almost every month. I would recommend her to anyone!

What everyone else has said. Also, Leslie was honest about what she could and couldn’t accomplish, so you can trust that your money won’t be wasted.

Leslie is a rock star. I got a Groupon for laser hair removal and had a great experience. She makes you feel comfortable and will answer any questions you have about the process. Leslie is also flexible in scheduling appointments and is willing to find a time that is convenient. For first timers to laser hair removal, I suggest letting your technician know if you aren’t seeing changes after the first couple treatments. I mentioned this to Leslie and she bumped up the laser’s intensity, which helped me see results. Everyone’s skin is different so just make sure to track your progress and have a two-​way dialogue with Leslie!

After 10 wasted sessions here, I have gotten much better results at a different salon, where I have been going regularly since. I thought this place was almost ok when I went there, but in retrospect it was only because I had no prior experience with laser hair removal. Now that I have experience with at least 3 other places, I can honestly say that Renew Skin and Laser does not measure up. There is only one machine available, and I have serious doubts about Leslie’s training. I got a worrisome burn/​rash several times when going to Renew Skin and Laser, and Leslie was completely clueless as to why. I have since found out the rash was due to her not using enough of the gel and/​or it quickly drying out due to all the fans she kept around and pointed right at the area. I was told this is a common rookie mistakes in laser hair removal. So no, I would not recommend this place. Even if it was marginally cheaper, for me it was just wasted money.

Leslie is awesome, I’ve struggled with my chin for about 10 years and was to the point of major frustration. I couldn’t afford it when I was younger so I just dealt with it. I finally got the time and money to get this taken care of and Renew Skin and Laser was one of the top results of my search. The procedure is quick and easy (10 min if that) and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results that I have gotten. My chin is feeling very smooth and after about 3 – 4 treatments I have minimal hair. The laser itself does not hurt, and has an awesome cooling effect. Leslie does a great job of explaining the procedure and making you comfortable. So glad I chose her! Many thanks!

I came here for a consultation, and I have to say one thing: Leslie is seriously amazing. She is kind, patient, and definitely not pushy at all. She uses a very gentle technology, and is a gentle person. She saw I was uncomfortable with the procedure, and she offered to let me try it (for free) to see how it feels. She also told me she wanted me to go try out other places, and even if I decided not to go back, to give her a call if I had questions about the other people. She’s amazing!

Leslie at Renew does such a good job taking care of your needs. If you’re new to laser hair removal and a little apprehensive, Leslie will put you at ease with her professionalism and friendliness. :) The cost is less expensive than any other chain medical spas (that wouldn’t give you the personal attention you get at Renew) AND I feel I paid a fair price!

Now after having a few sessions I can say I am very pleased with the results. I don’t plan on having a need to come back thanks to Leslie’s treatments but I would recommend Renew to anyone.

Like everyone else has said, Leslie is the best. She’s super nice, knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and if you need additional treatments like I did, she’ll probably cut you a deal. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

So many options out there, but I made the right choice with Renew Skin and Laser. The laser treatments for sunspots/​acne scars has worked wonderfully and Leslie is so professional and kind, and her prices are fair. I will return for her other services as soon as possible.

I saw Leslie for sun spot removal. I have to say Leslie is very nice but the treatment (I have sun spots along my jaw line) didn’t reallly make a difference. She acknowledged this and offered other treatments. I just think if you have sun damage along the jaw line (like I did) you might need a more powerful treatment.

I really enjoyed my experience at Renew. Leslie is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She is very helpful in suggesting things as well.
I’ve gotten a lot of hair removed, and have been to many places — most that I felt like a walking dollar sign to them. I felt very comfortable around Leslie, however, and felt like she only wanted to help me get what I wanted, not push a bunch of things I don’t need.
I hate shaving my legs, and am getting a great price to get them done here. At least half the price of the last place I was going — yet I didn’t feel like the service was any less. The place is very clean and welcoming.
