Renew Massage Studio

I wanted to write an additional review for this massage studio as I had a couples massage there with my husband recently. And both of our therapists were great, and they were very much true to Alicia’s style. The remodeled studio is huge and very accommodating. Awesome!

My husband and I were visiting from San Diego and saw the great Unilocal reviews and got a couples massage with Andrew and Jamaica. They were both outstanding, know bodywork and how to really work any problem areas. For both of us it was one of the best massages we had in a while.

I called for an appointment to ask if someone was good at neck work. The receptionist ASSURED. Me. When I had my appt I talked about how much I needed the focus on my neck. He never got to my neck. Very disappointed Brought a friend and spent a lot of money. Left very unsatisfied and I tactfully let the therapist know.

I’ve been seeing Julz for a few months now. My left shoulder has been messed up for years and it’s finally getting fixed. The hot stone massage is amazing. Julz provides the perfect amount of pressure, sometimes pretty hard, which I like. But I am rarely sore the next day. Every time I leave my shoulder feels a little bit better. It’s a process, but I appreciate that it’s not being rushed. I used to avoid massages because they would just aggravate the injury, but I really look forward to Julz’ healing! In addition to working my messed up shoulder, she doesn’t ignore the rest of the body, and has a knack for finding knots I didn’t know existed! I love that there is always street parking outside too!

Love love love renew massage studio. I have been here twice and had amazing experiences both times. I have seen both Kris and Julez and I would recommend them both. Even though they both had different techniques, they were able to reach the same end goal — fix my wacked out back.
I sit at a desk 50+ hours a week and also suffer from scoliosis. The combination of these two means I need to get my back worked on every few weeks to prevent lower back pain. Both of these ladies noticed immediately my scoliosis and were able to not only work around it but are in the process of helping me cope with it.
The massages were a mixture of hot stone, stretching, and muscle movement –all wonderful and necessary things. They both continually checked to make sure the pressure was enough and that I was getting all I wanted and needed — talk about wonderful customer service!
I can’t wait to go back and see them for my next massage. Thanks ladies!

Great spot, tucked away near Wash Park! The massage rooms are large and comfortable. I loved the heated table! They were able to get me in right away on a Saturday and it was the best massage I have received since moving to Denver two years ago. Andrew Fiecke was awesome! I came in for relaxation and stiffness in my upper back and shoulders. It’s almost like Andrew could read my mind when he hit each sticky spot and worked through it. My next feels 100% better today. He knew exactly where to go and what to do. and I was able to relax (It always seems when I come in to relax and the masseuse wants to chit chat the whole time). Andrew didn’t. He asked poignant questions and worked hard. It was truly amazing and I can’t wait to schedule my next one!

Clean, professional atmosphere in a convenient location directly off I-​25 near Wash Park. The two massages I’ve had have been amazing! Thank you! I will be returning!

The only place I go in Denver for a massage. I have been here too many times to count and have seen almost every therapist who works here. They are all extremely talented at what they do. With 2 severe bulging discs in my neck, I’m constantly in need of a massage. Their online booking is super easy and convenient as well. There must be over 100 massage studios between here and my house but they are, by far, the best in the city!

My experience with Kris Drickey of Renew Massage has been transformative. She has an intuitive sense that rivals every massage I have ever received, and body work has been a necessary constant for years. She is incredible. The space is perfect too.

A great little massage place. They were super friendly when I called to book massages for me and the tween who wanted a massage for her bday. They were able to book us both together at the same time. The masseuses were personable and the massages were fantastic. The place is clean and calm and conveniently located near wash park. Prices were reasonable and about average for the area.

I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I and we had Rachel and Kris. They were very kind, really listened to details. I had Kris and I enjoyed everything! Nice atmosphere, strong hands and relaxing space. Great!

I experienced an hour massage from Julz and I would recommend her to anyone.
My chief complaints were soreness, stiffness and tight muscles in my lower back.
She utilized a bevy of techniques including Thai which I easily recognized when she was up on the table with me using knees and feet — not everyone can or will do this technique so if you need deep tissue, Julz is your girl!

I’ve been going to the Renew Massage Studio to get massage for over two years now. I love how the location is easy to find and very central, how they are environmentally conscious, how everyone who works there is sweet and how easy it is to make an appointment using their online system.
My two go-​to therapists there are Andrew and Juliana. Juliana’s massages are always relaxing and I often doze off right on the massage table. As someone had mentioned, she has magic hands and between the hot stones, the right pressure and the aroma oils, the massage session with Juliana will leave you totally refreshed and relaxed.
It’s hard to describe all the things that make Andrew amazing, but I’ll try :) He is a very sweet and patient person that immediately puts you at ease. Andrew is extremely precise and he is great at identifying knots and painful areas. He spends time and energy methodically working through each section and helps you get better. I love how he is very attuned to how your muscles and joints feel during the session and the experience always feels meditative. I am a strong believer that his massage sessions heal the body and soul.
I absolutely love the studio and its therapists, and I look forward to bringing my mother here so that we could enjoy a great massage session together!

Rachel was great and I loved the combination of massage and stretching techniques she used throughout my session. The studio is quiet, quaint, warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Juliana has magic hands, she is truly amazing. Not only does she give great massages, she also has a wonderful energy and makes me feel so welcome when I go to Renew. She is very intuitive and always gives the perfect balance of relaxation and work in the spots that need it. I have seen her three times and will definitely keep going back.

Wow! What an amazing message. Kris is incredible at what she does. She was able to get a kink out of my neck with just two massages that has been there for almost a year. It is the best massage I’ve ever had and I’m picky at messages. Anyway, go see Kris!

I love this place! Great location near Wash park and the office is very clean and tranquil. I have had massages from 3 of the therapists and they were all amazing. The last 3 times I had Cher. She is so sweet and really knows what she is doing. Great pressure and technique. Not only did I feel so much better after, she also showed me some stretches I could do on my own to help release my shoulder muscles. Thanks Renew, you guys rock!

Suffering from some sports related shoulder and back tightness. Andrew expertly identified the problem areas and patiently worked out the knots and fascia during a 90minute massage. He offered advice for self treatment (foam rolling techniques) and went the extra mile (a few minutes longer) to ensure the release of an especially right shoulder. I will be returning regularly! Happy customer!

I’ve been to Renew twice and had Cher both times. She is a great listener and will focus on the areas you request. She is discreet and wants you to be as relaxed as possible. Definitely recommend Cher!

While visiting home, treated ma momma to a massage with a couples’ massage, which is basically available to any two people who want to get a massage together. Setting it up was a bit of a challenge, but calling did the trick.
I got a 60 minute session with Kris and my mom with Rachel. We LOVED it! I personally like deep tissue/​myofascial release, which was exactly what we got. Rachel was great, as it was my mom’s first time getting a massage. Kris was fantastic, and both of them were super friendly.
There was no nonsense hot stones, cupping, or aromatherapy in our session, but thas cool, it was just what I was looking for my mom and me.
Call if you need to make a couples’ reservation. Highly recommend both Kris and Rachel! Thanks for making my mom’s day!

Got my first massage at Renew today from Andrew and it was exactly what I needed. I really hurt my lower back and had some upper back tension as well, and he really worked everything out. I can’t believe how much better I felt afterwards.
I would highly recommend this place and plan on going again. Definitely one of the better massages I have ever received.

Great massage. Not the traditional spa atmosphere, but the massage room ambiance was great. New hubby and I got a couples massage and they both tailored to our concerns!
Great place to go for a massage, though if you are looking for a spa to spend the entire afternoon where you can do steam room, lounge area, etc. then keep looking.
