So the drinks are a definite must. I ordered the hot links it comes with your choice of 2 sides(beans & coleslaw) I thought the hot links were the red hot style of links. I see that’s different here in Colorado versus Texas and the south. Beans were probably Bush’s and the slaw was well nothing to write home about. All in all I gave 3 stars because the drinks. The wife ordered the«BOSS» sandwich which she thought was a pulled brisket but instead it was diced/cubed. They served it on a thick ciabatta bread which overpowered the sandwich.

What a convenient Bar N’ Grill located not even terribly deep into the Denver Airport! They have just about everything on their menu, and best part of all, it is children approved. Like most airport hours, this restaurant does close its doors rather early, but dining in is key to have good luck in the first bite off of their bacon burgers! I really liked how the airport itself has a lot of Native American Art and horse paintings. It’s literally everywhere, even within the restaurant. Check it out, y’all!

DONOTGETTHEMAC N CHEESE. It’s Kraft. Literally, I asked to waitress. Turkey is dry and flavorless. Martini is okay.

Obviously you will pay airport prices for everything here, and the service is friendly but a bit slow. The beer selection is relatively solid. As for food, I’d recommend the green chili(ask for extra tortillas) but stay away from anything with cheese on it. There used to be some better bar/grill options in the DIA pre-screening area, but you have to work with what’s there …

Smells great. Has beer. Food portions are small and not cooked very well. Potatoe salad is store bought and the brisket is oddly dry and chewy while being, cut into strips or chunks. But like I said, they have beer lol

We had dinner there as a family. The food was very basic and the portions were very small. The only good thing about this place was the beer.

Ordered the Hickory Smoked Turkey Sandwich. Well, what I got was a chunk of what I presumed to be turkey between two small pieces of bread no larger than than that of a deck of cards. It came with a side of baked beans which were luke warm at best.

I would give less than a one star if I could! I think their brisket is boiled! Hard as rubber, but not quite as chewy and rubber like as my kids pulled pork sliders This place is honestly no over exaggeration thee worst BBQ I have ever had! One item on the kids menu, Kraft Mac n cheese… the powder kind Save your money and gut bomb/eaters remorse and go upstairs to Panda Express! Barf!!! Staff was friendly!

At first I thought«Maybe there are hidden cameras! Maybe we’re going to be on a TV show!» and then I realized this place was far to mediocre for such shenanigans. The only saving grace of this establishment is that it would be a fine case study for profit margins. While I imagine the overhead here is fairly steep(considering the place is larger than my second apartment, but at DEN…) they are certainly still making a profit despite miserable service and food that is half-a-step above an MRE. Now that the obligatory positive comment is out of the way, allow me to begin my diatribe: It takes a lot of balls to serve Kraft EasyMac™ at Denver International Airport. More balls than Tom Brady has deflated, actually. You’re charging $ 5.95 for this abomination. An abomination that I eat as an absolute last resort when it’s the end of the month and I’ve ran out of SPAM. The sliders were lukewarm and vaguely disgusting. The turkey tasted like it was frozen some time in the last ice age, then thawed in a geriatric microwave. The pork(chop? What?) had no flavor and was largely fat. Your cornbread game is a joke. Seriously. Give that up. And then the service. My soda was empty for at least 25 minutes. Splitting the check took another 25 minutes. Evidently this is one of those new, trendy establishments where treating the customers like an annoyance is supposed to garner you more tip or something. This place is probably passable if you’ve escaped from rehab, you have delirium tremens, and you absolutely have to smash a dozen shots right now. Just be prepared to hand over your first born to cover their overpriced(and probably watered down…) alcohol.

This place was ok. It was our first stop pre security check in and so glad that we stopped. I didn’t want to eat here because Unilocal had it an average of 2 ½ stars but we definitely got a beer. It was clean, staff was friendly. Our server was nice. She let us try a beer before buying it. We both had the seasonal Sam Adams which was delicious. Afterwards we just got the check and left. Nothing memorable about this place but it wasn’t bad either. I recommend to make a pit stop here before security. Because that wait was BAD!

Drinks are ok. Food is bad. Avoid the corn bread like the plague. Of my basket of 3, 2 were rock hard on the top and chewy on the bottom. The other was edible but lacked any flavor. BBQ pork was below average. Sauce on the brisket was out classed by the bbq beans. All in all a poor experience even for the lower standards expected from airport fare.

I ordered the two combo meal and my wife had the mac and cheese. The brisket and pork was more fat than actually meat. The Mac and cheese was from Kraft and appeared to be made in a microwave. I do not recommend the food from Red Rocks Bar and BBQ. The waitress was efficient and sympathetic with regards to the more fat than meat food. Go to Panda Express instead even if there is a long line.

Walked into this bar and politely asked if one of the TVs could be changed to the Raiders game. The bartender said«first of all this is bronco country and we would never show a Raiders game on one of our tvs». Then he followed up with the fact they only broadcast national games. The Raiders were not being broadcast nationally. None of the bars at DIA have sunday ticket. Apparently. Being an international airport DEN should be respectful of all fans of all teams. This bartender was disrespectful.

I ordered the green chili with pork per the recommendation of Terry the bartender. He warned me that it was pretty spicy… and coming from a girl that LOVESSSSS spice, it was SpIcY.

The service was very slow. The server took my wife’s order but mid order on mine she literally just walked away. WTF? Now I realize that BBQ is very subjective but this was not like any I have ever had, and hopefully not like any I will ever have again. This had a strong taste of cinnamon. Yuk! I like cinnamon in my coffee and on a roll but not in my BBQ. And on Monday at 6pm they were also out of wine glasses. Really?

Ok — it’s at an airport. First, don’t expect much. It’s designed for quick in and out business not a dining experience. With that in mind I have it a 4 out of 5. The food is decent. Not amazing — but decent. Will do in a pinch. We had a 9 hour layover because of United and frontier airlines being asses, but that’s besides the point. The service was excellent. Our experience unlike some we very good. They have power — so it was a nice place to camp out for a while. They took good care of us. If your stuck and not looking for fast food — probably the best option in the Denver airport. Ask for Peggy. She actually cares about her job.

They clearly list«Dirty Martini» on their menu with the description«Ketel One vodka, dry vermouth garnished with olives and served up» but neither the server nor the bartender seemed to know what it was. They conferred and she came back and asked me if I wanted it on the rocks. I’ve never heard of a martini on the rocks before. Way too much vermouth. The Ceasar salad came with red peppers and onions on it. Another first. I took 3 bites and I was done. The server could see it was barely touched, but simply took it away with no questions asked. Food is below average, but of course prices are high because it’s in an airport. If I could do it again, I’d go to food court.

Nice mellow hangout when killing time at the airport. I was waiting on a shuttle bus that wasn’t due for at least another hour. Had an enjoyable time — despite being anxious to get home from a business trip — Drank a nice beer that didn’t cost a fortune, and ate a light snack. I’m getting used to using the shuttle for transportation back-and-forth from DIA, this might become a routine hang-out while waiting for the shuttle on my way home.

In one short sentence: sub par food, but great service. To expand on that, the sides are what one could find at any grocery store deli. An order of corn bread consist of two tiny corn muffins offered without butter or honey. The potato salad is, I believe, scooped out of a plastic container bought at the local grocery chain. The same goes for the coleslaw. As neither of us really care for beans, we didn’t order any and can’t speak to their quality. «I want the mac and cheese,» my wife said to the waiter. «No you don’t,» he responded. «Just looking out for your best interests.» Other reviews attest to his veracity. I ordered beef brisket and pork with my meal, and while both were pretty moist, there really wasn’t much to set them apart from the sides. The service, however, was a couple of steps ahead. Give Steve a raise. Overall, a bit pricey, considering the quality.

2.5 stars for the food. This is a sports bar with bbq meat sandwiches and platters. The food is prepped onsite but made elswehere. I got myself a great sounding hickory smoked turkey and one side $ 10.25. It was a bread roll, split and filled with some processed turkey meat and covered in a BBQ sauce. The coleslaw side was good and the 2 slices of pickle on the plate didn’t help improve this uninspiring lunch. Terrry at the bar keeps service upbeat and moving. That was the best thing about this spot. Because this place is slightly hidden away it’s not too busy and you can get a seat at the bar. However, I’ll go elsewhere for lunch next time.
