One hell of a shitty company. I HATE this company. I would like to say more terrible things about this company but I would just be repeating myself. Think creatively terrible things.

The… internet…is…so…slow… and…downloads…take…forever. Forget…about…watching…a… video…clip…or…listening… to…streaming…music…because… the…connection… is… never …strong…enough…and… therefore…it’s…always…stop… and…go. Quest is an internet nightmare. Forget easy downloads and forget about watching You Tube videos. It takes almost an hour to download a three minute song off of iTunes. In addition to the poor quality of their«high-speed» internet, their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They leave so much to be desired. Whenever I have an issue, calling customer service creates an even bigger issue for me because of their rude and useless assistance. It’s like you are inconveniencing them by calling. They might as well not even staff a customer service center because the help is so unhelpful. If the answer to the question you ask isn’t on the screen or script placed in front of them, these customer associates act like they just want to hang up the phone on you. They lack problem solving and people skills. Quest has me wishing that I could go back to COX Cable and Internet. But unfortunately, I’m stuck with Quest because of their ridiculous 2 year contract. This a warning to stay away from Quest! High cost for slow and unreliable service. I’m counting the days until I can say«GOODBYEQUEST!» with a big smile on my face.
