Horrible food, less than acceptable service, and way over-priced! Don’t waste your money on this place!

They flyer our house constantly. STOPLITTERINGOURENTIRENEIGHBORHOOD! Your pizza is garbage, hence why we don’t order it anymore. God help anyone that supports this place…

A flyer was taped to the paint on my house and the tape actually pulled off a chunk of paint. When I called to complain, I was told that they apologized. So that’s great and all, but you actually DAMAGEDMYHOUSEANDARECOSTINGMEMONEY. An apology really doesn’t cut it. I’m also out of the delivery range as printed on the flyer, making it extra useless. Not impressed.

I’m so tired of your useless menu flyers being delivered all over the neighborhood, and to my house, and then they litter the entire street. Your food is awful and you litter the city. Just leave Denver.

Pizza is average and the salad was old brown and gross. I wouldn’t serve it when I got it home. I’m done with this place. Always disappointed. Hope this review gives them the impetus to change things.

The food just isn’t good and they keep taping ads to the side of my house. Stop it, already.

I had their wings last night. I don’t think that they were chicken wings. Maybe pigeon wings. Smallest wings that I ever saw. Worst wings that I ever had. I asked for their Atomic wings, because I like my wings hot. Their atomic heat level was more like medium. I asked for the wings to be extra crisp. I don’t think that they were fried at all. They tasted boiled. They were soft and mushy.

There’s a Pudge Bros. Pizza on 12th St. in Denver, I live maybe a mile away, it should not take an hour and a half to get me 2 pies…

The Pizza is very decent. I’ve always preferred their plentiful spicy sauce, etc, however, lately the franchise management has been horrific. After moving to the Barnum Park area, we tried to order from the Baker location, which was closest. They never answered their phone. Last attempt was a Saturday afternoon. I called as soon as they opened because we were watching football and craving pizza right away. No answer. No big deal. They’re not quite ready yet. So, I tried again 15 minutes later, then 30 minutes later, then an hour later(by then it was passed noon on a Saturday and no one is open for business, apparently). So I called another branch to find out wtf. The 20th and Sheridan location, which seemed liked the next closest. The woman on the phone had a tough time with her English, but was totally nice and helpful. She explained that each location is franchise owned independently from the other, but that she’d be happy to deliver to me. And so it has gone for at least 4 months or so. Tonight, I called the number I’ve been calling(now stored in my phone under Pudgy B Za), and this time a different woman answered, and when I gave her my info(I thought it was odd that they didn’t have it this time), she said she couldn’t deliver to me. That I was outside their delivery area. I explained to her that I’ve been ordering from there for months. She tried to suggest I had the wrong location, I explained that this is the only Pudge Bros # in my phone. She was rude, fast talking, and completely unhelpful. She basically hung up on me when I asked who going to bring me some delicious Pudge Bros Pizza. She did say that the location I was trying get ahold of, on 20th and Sheridan, had closed. Therefore admitting that I did call the right number and got rerouted to them or something? I don’t know. They don’t know. And it sucks. She literally said there is no Pudge Bros that can deliver to me. And I live in Central Denver. Oooookay. I liked their pizza over Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Black Jack, etc, but it has seriously become a complete nightmare to try and give them my money. I’m not a business expert, but I think that’s a bit of a problem. The Pizza is good, but not THAT good. A lost customer that tried desperately to patronize the business that is Pudge Bros Pizza. I give up.

Just plain gross, sure it is cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. Plus, these jerks litter our neighborhood with their wasteful ugly fliers.

Poor, somewhat confrontational service, and mediocre food at best. The woman who rang me up rang me up for a root beer that I didn’t order. The mistake was discovered only after I asked to go over the order as my math wasn’t quite adding up to hers. The place also smelled and looked a bit like an eternal grease fire was blazing in the kitchen. The pizza was unexceptional and the cheesecake, unlike the photo display that they have, is not a slice from a whole cake but rather a prepackaged, plastic wrapped slice that looks like something you can get at 7 – 11. We would have turned it down but it had already been paid for and we didn’t want an additional hassle. The worst, however, was their wings. Probably the scrawniest, smallest things I’ve ever seen and, true, they do come in a pool of questionable sauce.

I was disappointed to be disappointed with our experience with Pudge Brothers. Though the pie was giant, it was not tasty. Their sauce is very bitter, and the pizza smelled funny, kind of like bread mold. The wings were a disaster, floating in at least 5 cups of sauce, delivered in an unsecured container that splashed hot sauce all over the place upon opening the delivery package. Pretty strange for wings in general, especially if ordered«extra crispy.» They must have misheard it as «extra-soupy.» I wouldn’t suggest Pudge Brothers.

Incredibly terrible. We ordered the large Hawaiian pizza with canadian bacon and pineapple. The sauce was watered down and the pineapples tasted like they were old and fermented — spoiled. We threw out the rest of the pizza immediately and went somewhere else.

I went with the standard 2 larges and 2 toppings for $ 20. This is the normal purchase at our household for delivery. All was well and seemed copacetic until the table was set and we began to eat. The first box opened looked great. The second was supposed to be a mushroom pineapple, but was instead ham and pineapple. It was a disappointment, but alas things do happen. I then called the location to tell them the order was wrong and to get a new replacement pizza. After verifying my address I was lectured that when the order was placed the employee had indeed repeated the order to me. She kept insisting this over and over with little argument from me. I then finally said ‘fine’. At that point i was contemplating what to do. My vegetarian wife needed dinner and we did have food, but she is the one who requested pizza. Before I could even begin to tell the employee I was thinking of just replacing the pizza with a new order, I was promptly hung up on. This is not the respect or customer service I expect and have come to enjoy. It bothers me that there was no respect for a customer. To say the least I will no longer be ordering from pudge brothers.

This place has gone downhill since they turned over to new management. We used to order from Pudge Bros and loved it. Now they’ve changed their recipe and it tastes very similar to a cheap frozen pizza. And their new staff and management is awful. On Monday we called and described a $ 10 coupon we had. The man who answered the phone told us he would only honor it if we picked the pizza up. Weird, but no big deal we only live 2 blocks away. We walked down to pick up our pizza and salad and he told us our total was 14.95. I(nicely) told him we had a coupon and had talked about it on the phone. He screamed at me that my coupon doesn’t exist and he isn’t going to accept it. Save the money and spend 3.50 on a frozen Red Baron pizza you won’t be able to tell the difference. And you don’t risk getting yelled at. If Unilocal offered a zero star rating I would use it for this place.

I love these guys and they are only feet away from my home! The owner(John) is a great guy and works hard to provide good service. The manager is also a stand-up guy! We like the premium wings and their pizza is good as well. If you live in the area, they are well worth getting to know.

I could get used to the pizza, even dipped in butter as it was, it was tasty, a bit soggy, but dang tasty. My issue, and the single star, comes from the fact that the owner was kind of a dick to me when I called and told him they ran my card twice. He started out all nice, «Oh, let me check. I’m here all the time. That sort of thing almost never happens» and after a quick search of his records, and insulting me for the tip I gave(which was 20% — I don’t know if there are rules, but if he wants his employees to be paid better maybe he should do that) he said there was no charge, and he wouldn’t do anything until I came in with a card number, a bank statement, etc. That’s reasonable, but the way he said it, more than just what he said, was incredibly rude, almost haughty. I’ll find pizza somewhere else.

Still celebrating E’s homecoming, and enjoying our time together before he leaves town again, we stopped in here after searching for pizza places. It’s a tiny little shop with outdoor-only seating, so we nabbed a lovely little table in the shade and thanked the weather for being so nice and seasonal. I got cheese bread to nibble on and E got a supreme(up to 8 toppings of your choice) medium-sized with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, garlic, green chiles, artichokes, and onions. Needless to say, we went home with leftovers. It wasn’t too expensive for what we got. It’s in a cute little cluster of shops at the corners of 12th and Madison. And we even got a show with lunch when a cyclist ran into a turning car up the block. No one was severely hurt but I sent E over to do his paramedic thing. The fire truck and ambulance showed up soon and everyone was fine. The cyclist was pissed, however, that his $ 2500 bike was screwed up. I know because he kept going on and on about it. A fun little hole-in-the-wall pizza shop. Not my go-to, but I might be back.

This place is a go to! Pizza is very good and the wings are good as well. I’ll tell you living in the neighborhood it’s nice to have these guys around. I’ve had pizza all around town and there are some great ones. But these guys never fail. Solid and great!

Munchie munchie yum yum yum… Give me the pizza with onions, black olives and red peppers, then for a mid snack during dinner give me the union rings and buffalo rings, now please pass the pie for my fourth slice… Yum yum, I just can’t stop eating. Thank Goodness the delivery was free because when I indulge in this pizza, I barely remember where I am. Strategy: Order in, the eatery is not the best place to enjoy your pies. * Star one for a PHAT name ** Give it to me free star two is for a no charge delivery… Loving it! *** Finger lickin good is for being just that tasty **** Crunch crunch star four is for yummy onion rings that I just can’t pass up
