Pizza Hut

Sure would be nice if someone would answer the phone when my pizza that was ordered almost 3 hours ago has not been delivered yet… still waiting…

I recently moved into the area and thought I’s give this PH location a try. I online ordered carryout (2 med & 16 wings) and said it would be ready in 12min. I got there 12min later & all my pizzas and wings were ready! The guy at the counter even asked if I wanted to look at the pizzas to make sure they were «up to par».
These PH pizzas were some of the best PH pizzas I’ve ever had. Definitely going to be a return carryout customer. It seems from other reviews the delivery may be lacking.

Horrible service over 30 minutes late, rude, and pizza was cold. Over 2 hrs for a large pizza. Very disappointed!

Very disappointed in my recent order of 24 burning hot wings. Not only was the order delivered late, but there was absolutely no sauce on the wings. Just breaded wings. Blaahhh…

Ugh! Worst service ever! We waited over 2 hours for a pizza delivery. We called back wondering where our pizza was and they said the pizza never went for delivery. They seem very unorganized and after hanging up on us they are also pretty ignorant! Once again another reason why chain restaurants stink.

Slow delivery. Got my order wrong. Would not fix it or even apologize for their bad service. I will never order from here again.

Horrible! I’ve ordered from this location several times and the order is correct about 20% of the time and hot about 10% of the time. They have very poor consistency in food quality and are NEVER in a hurry to deliver your order. Recently, I had to end my relationship with them. I placed an order on my daughter’s birthday of only 2 pizzas and they quoted 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I called them once and was on hold for 9 minutes before giving up. 10 minutes later I called back and after only 3 minutes on hold I was told that the pizza was just going in the oven and would be about another 25 minutes. Since it was already past my daughter’s bed time, and everyone was cranky, I was forced to cancel the order.
Goodbye Pizza Hut! I’m sorry to see our long relationship come to an end.

DON’T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS if you want quality food, decent, honest or timely service. If you are in a rush Domino’s is quick and tasty & Attivo Pizzeria has great specialty pizzas and wonderful service!
If you could give negative stars I would!!! This is the second and final time I order from here. Last time I called several times and received a soggy, less than room temperature pizza after THREE hours and calling 4 times being told my pizza was on its way.
This time my daughter was begging for a stuffed crust pizza (the location near our old house was AMAZING) so I thought I would try again. BAD CHOICE! I called 10 minutes after placing the online order to confirm my order and get updated delivery estimates. I was told there would be no problems & to call back at my delivery time if the order had not arrived. After my delivery time I called back & was told my order wasn’t even in the oven and it would be an hour or more. I asked to speak with the manager & the lady said she was the manager, yet wouldn’t give me a name. I offered to pay additional money to have things expedited & tried to state my previous disappointment. I was hung up on.
I called by 5 times trying to cancel my order and was hung up on every time. I called the 800 number to post a complaint and finally had a neighbor call so I could cancel my order. Selena answered and said they have many managers and can cancel my order but not give me any manager names or put any of them on the phone.
Horrible service. Horrible quality control. Plain horrible!

I have ordered from this pizza hut multiple times now. Once they lost my order and lied and said they didn’t. Then another time they made me wait 108 minutes to get my pizza and delivered it to my house after 11pm. When I called to speak to the manager he didn’t care and seemed to just say something about calling into the call center to cancel orders if they take too long. Do business elsewhere if you can. Not worth it!
As an update, my wife ordered from this store not knowing it was the same one. She ordered online and it told her a 50 minute delivery time. When she called an hour later to check up on her order, so was told «It’s a friday night, online is wrong, it’s the first of the month, and delivery wait time is two hours, dealt with it!»
We WILL be BLOWING up all forms for reviews for this store, including a formal letter to their corporate office.

This store is «the» Designated store to serve Downtown Denver where I work. I had a special order, 5 pizzas for a work function today. I was sure to order online early… yesterday; called the store a half hour before 12 noon delivery scheduled time, was told that everything for the order was being made then, and should be on time. I got a call from the driver/​manager at the time the order was to be delivered, and was told that a Driver had locked his keys in the car, and the order would be 15 – 20 minutes late. So, when there was no sign of the delivery at 12:25 I called the driver/​manager back and was told that it should be there at any moment. It was delivered at 12:54. An hour late. The work function was a little flexible and informal, so it was not as embarrassing as it could have been were it an order for a more structured event. So, fair warning… Pizza Hut pizza is still my personal chain favorite, but if you need the order on time, use one of the independent Pizza places scattered around downtown instead.

So I was EXTREMELY hungover. What more do you want when you’re hungover, than Pizza Hut and bread sticks?! This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut as it’s the only one that delivers to where I now live in Cap Hill. I was literally salivating in great anticipation for the pizza to get in my belly.
The customer service was great, person on the phone and delivery woman were both friendly. And they delivered on time. That was not the issue at all. The issue was THE FOOD.
The pizza was cold when it arrived, not a problem though, I am not a diva. I heated it up in the microwave, same difference. But it was all so bad. The pizza was way over seasoned and had little to no sauce. I was honestly wondering if I had gotten the wrong pizza delivered from someone who requested «no sauce». Then, comes the biggest disappointment… the bread sticks. These are usually my absolute favorite (normally, I love Pizza Hut, I feel like I need to throw that out there). These bread sticks were soaking in grease and had NO SEASONING?! Say whaaaa? That’s the best part! So needless to say, I tried to eat one piece of pizza and a bread sticks, but couldn’t even finish that b/​c it was so terrible. So I’m still hungover, and still hungry. Fail Sante Fe Pizza Hut. Fail. Uggghhhhhh… so sad.

Terrible. 2 hour wait until we cancelled. After calling 3 times to get status, lied to twice that it was on its way, and then told it was next out. Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad, people.

From what I’ve seen, this is a good location. The workers are generally friendly, and the store seems clean. I love their online ordering option — and once, when I made a mistake online, they were able to change it for me when I called in.

Okay, so I thought I would give them another shot. Ordered online and they missed the mark — yet again. The order was missing or had the wrong items in it again. How hard is it to look at the ticket and match the order. Guess I won’t be ordering anymore…

I love ordering pizza here! The employees are so nice and the pizza is so good. I usually go and pick up the pizza since it’s really close to my house but they don’t seem to mind to deliver also.
I never had a problem here and I always order here and the pizza is so good!!!

When Im really broke and want a pizza, or if only have a check book (often since I lose my card constantly) I come here. Essentially this is is my go-​to Pizza Hut when I know I have to buy Pizza Hut.
I prefer this particular pizza hut because no one on the staff is a jerk, the pizza always has ample toppings (ive noticed with some chain places there will only be like 5 mushrooms on the whole pizza) and they are always done on time. The one time my order was wrong, they let me keep the mess-​up pizza. Loves it!
