Do not order delivery. The delivery driver was DRUNK! I called 3 times within the 2 and half hours I waited. Each person I spoke with at the store said it will be there in 20 mins. I told them that’s what the last person said over 20 mins ago, they made some excuse of «he’s a new driver». This location is not far from my house, and considering the store associate said he was only delivering my order, I don’t know what could have taken so long. The driver finally called me and he was slurring his words, could barely speak so I told him don’t worry about it I’m calling the store to cancel my order he said«that’s probably a good idea»! No thanks Pizza Hut, I’ll stick with dominos from now on.

Ordered on line waited 3 hours!!! Customer service said I’m up next will be there in 20 min!!! We went to pick it up and she says sorry the pizza got«messed up»!!! Like what??? Could you wait another 20 min! Lol! What a joke

Don’t order delivery… You won’t get your order in the time they promise. They will give give half hearted excuses and your pizza will me lukewarm at best, when you finally get it. Get carry out from another location or try a non chain pizza shop.

For starters Pizza Hut pretty much always tastes the same. This place is pretty much like all of the others. There isn’t much of a store to look at, but it’s as clean as one can expect from Colfax pizza. I came placed an order for pick up from here about 9 months ago. I didn’t get sick and it tasted okay. In my book that would normally warrant 3 stars, but the man that handed it to me had an open and uncovered human bite on his forearm. We’re talking incisor marks and oozing. I still paid for and ate the pizza, but I can honestly say this was among the lowest points in my life.

This place is a joke. Didn’t deliver all of our order and then when we tried to call them to have them deliver it, we couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. We were on hold over 30 minutes, until we realized they just weren’t going to pick up. Ever. Crooks.

I have NEVER written reviews on on Unilocal but felt compelled today. I ordered at 11:30am and never received a call that the order would be late. At 1pm I get a call from the store saying that my order has not left the store and that they would not be able to provide adequate change upon delivery. They should have contacting when they received the order instead of waiting an hour and a half when the order was already 30 minutes late. Pathetic service.

They cancelled my order? I received a call from their Kansas call center that my ordered had been cancelled. I called the store back and they said that I had called in and cancelled my order. I most definitely had not and wanted to know if it was a standard practice to cancel orders. I was told that they would verify the phone number and what was ordered before they cancel any orders. They obviously didn’t do that. They offered to remake my order but would be another hour wait. No thank you!

I rarely order pizza but was starving tonight and decided to go for it; wasn’t in the mood to try something«new and upscale»…and I’m on a budget. Pizza Hut is an old stand-by. Good deal at $ 10 for a Dinner Box that included 1 medium pizza, 5 breadsticks, 5 cinnamon sticks. As advertised, though watch out for the delivery fee and additional delivery tip(if you choose to tip). $ 3 tip to the driver meant $ 16 out the door, but worth it because the pizza was hot, fresh, and delivered 10 mins early by a friendly deliver guy. Half a pizza, a couple breadsticks, and all but 2 cinnamon sticks later… I’m stuffed and HAPPY. And I have lunch for tomorrow. :)

Ok I have tried and tried again to give Pizza Hut a chance to redeem themselves in(multiple locations). They have not once gotten my order right. First of all, I am lactose intolerant, therefore choosing a pizza restaurant doesn’t seem like the most intelligent idea but I love my pizza and sometimes pizza is needed to hit the spot. Maybe it is my emotional connection to pizza that when I’m so busy I just need something simple I turn to pizza for my nourishment, If i have a rough day, pizza. If you are not intolerant of lactose, I am sure your experience might be different. I am just tired of showing up to pick up my pizza and having to wait while they remake it again and again.

Screwed up two orders. One I ended up waiting for an hour in the store until it closed around me and I was refunded. The second try(today, about a year later) was ordered online and set for pick up, as it says on my confirmation email. But somehow it ended up being delivered and I was overcharged by 150%. Thanks pizza hut.

This is not the greatest pizza hut around town. My fiancé and I are giving this place one last chance, but likely they will end up screwing it up like last time. So here’s my issue with these peoples. I order online, all fine and dandy(only reason their getting an extra star). But their«special directions» on the pay confirmation page sucks. You only have maybe 20 characters to write out instructions. My fiancé and I live in an controlled access apartment and these guys do not understand that we will not be coming down to the front door to let them in. We have contacted them twice now, through phone, to park at leasing office and use callbox so we can let them in. Nope, they decide that because the entrance gate is open(for whatever reason why) that that’s the LEASINGOFFICE. What the heck? We have even contacted the store manager to put it in the file on the computer, yes you can do that working in pizza industry before, but it never seems to happen. Management is poor, the staff in general is poor, but the pizza and wings are pretty good. Not the best, but enough to statisfy us. Once we get this order through, we’re not ordering from this place again. Plus the other downside is that when you put in for future order or just any order, they take longer than usual. And no we don’t give the drivers any tips for that reason. Last time they quoted us 40 min, ok perfect, means my fiancé and I get to eat lunch before he goes to work. More than an hour later pizza shows up and it was just decent and warm. Not cool.

I called up to place an order, coupon in hand. The coupon was ‘valid anytime’ and expired in March of 2011. They told me that they don’t honor that coupon at that store because they do a ‘similar deal’ on Mondays or Tuesdays or some such shit. Guess what? I don’t care. You printed a coupon in a paper. I called to give you business. You told me to pound sand. You lose my business. — — — — — — — — — — — — — - Note to the store owner/manager: Dear Greedfart Douchesack, Does the extra few dollars feel good enough risk to losing business on a regular basis? It always surprises me that a company will put a policy into place without thinking about the potential consequences. I don’t like your pizza anymore. Jerks.
