Friendly staff, possibly high as kites. We walked in hoping for the buffet, it was closed. Half of the tables were in disrepair and the table lighting either shattered in pieces or literally put back together via duck tape. They ran out of plates and silverware so we were given to-go plates and utensils instead(who the hell runs out of plates in a restaurant with no one dining inside!?!). Luckily, the pizza came out fresh. The breadsticks, yeah, those were bad. I love PH breadsticks, but not one when its cardboard dripping in grease and old cheese. Oh and the wings, the microwave was on a little too long. They did have beer, but it took them about twenty minutes to find the keg(high probability the cooks in the back shared their 40’s with our table). Overall, it was everything we expected and then some. From duck tape to the buffet, our expectations were met and we will be joining the Federal Blvd Pizza Hut very soon… possibly more intoxicated than our first visit.

This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered a pizza at 9:00pm and it is now 11:00pm and still not here. This is not the first time this had happened. Pizza hut you will never get business from me again. Papa johns dominoes little caesars is my first choice for now on.

Bad management. Ordered pizza on a Tuesday at 7:45 and was told 8:15/8:30 delivery time. Called twice in the hour and half our food was late. The driver showed up at almost 10:00 and was so kind and apologetic that I felt sorry for him for working for such an awfully ran business. Do not order from this location. Even after calling back post delivery, the customer service was nonexistent and the ignorant employee tried to over explain their poor business practices. Whoever is the manager of this branch should probably enroll in school because they are clearly under educated and might require some parental guidance(foster parents are welcomed).

Let me start by saying the pizza was excellent, My problem is with the female worker who drives the white station wagon. My daughter went to use the restroom and both stalls were locked with no one inside, she crawled under the stall to get inside because it was locked, the worker I mentioned yelled at her to «get out of the bathroom» My daughter started crying because she needed to use the bathroom, then the lady not understanding the stalls were locked came over to our table and said our daughter locking the stalls was in her words«not cool» Oh and I didn’t mention my child is only seven.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Called a bit late but Luke was amazing and helped me get there, & receive my order in a timely manner. Like I said before 5 stars, especially for Luke!

The place is dirty inside. The pizza looks cooked but it’s under cooked«doughy» on the inside. I’ve tried this place a couple times. I’m done with it… gross

Pizza came very quickly which was awesome, but they got my whole order wrong. I spent $ 15 on a f*&#ing pizza, I don’t want one that’s not right! I’ll settle for one to bake at home myself next time

I would give this pizza hut zero stars if this app would let me. Buying the ingredients for a pizza from 10 different grocery stores would still be faster than this place. I live 8 blocks from this place. After waiting 2 hours, yes TWOHOURS, I cancelled my order. I was lied to on the phone 3 times. I was told that my order was on the way(after 90min) only to be ultimately told that my order was changed to carry out. I never changed it. Extremely frustrated with this place and will never order from pizza hut ever again.

Took a hour for delivery but it’s ok cause all the pizza place a I called were a hour for delivery. The delivery guy was really nice and pretty cool. Will eat here again next time I’m here. Now I got enough for dinner and lunch tomorrow lol. All this for only $ 10!

There are not a lot of choices for pizza delivery in the Jefferson Park area so this is what I have to work with. Basically the pizza is not bad, the wait for the delivery was brutal(55 min). Good luck.

Ask for the least stoned onstaff to take your order, although my pizza came folded in half and luck me the completely wrong order it tasted ok. Ps after asking what my credit card number was for the third time I’ve put my bank on alert for random hot topic charges… lay off the weed kids, it makes you dumber than my community college punctuation habbits.

We used to order from these guys all the time, then something happened. The pizza orders started to go wrong first. Then wrong AND cold. Then my husband became ill on the last 2 deliveries we had — especially the 2nd time which was all of the proof we needed.(I can eat most anything and not get ill, so I got out lucky). We had eaten dine-in on 3 occasions, all separated by about 4 months — we noted from one time to the next a pretty extreme change in the staff demeanor and the overall cleanliness. Guess it figures that the quality declined.

There. I said it. We order from Pizza Hut. This is the location that delivers to our house, though technically we have never been to this particular place. But I am a fan of what they bring to our door, while we stay home getting a little more work done — and they deliver a decent dinner for just a little over twenty bucks: Good thin-crust pizza, never soggy, and always crispy(it’s the ‘Thin-n-Crispy’, which I hear tell was the first pie ever made by Pizza Hut *way* back when). And decent chicken wings.(Throw away the ranch dressing, or whatever it is, that they send with the wings, and use your own blue cheese or – to solidify my standing as a junk-food afficionado — dig through your junk drawer for some packets of Taco Bell hot sauce.) The drivers are friendly and deserve a decent tip. can be frustrating, but eventually you’ll figure out how to make it work. After 15 or so times telling the site to «remember my payment information», today, lo and behold, I did not have to type in my debit card # and expiration date. Wow. Business insight: Suburbanites *really* like their Pizza Hut. Recently our ‘regular’ driver told me he’d been to our place for the last time, because he was transferring to a suburban store. Evidently, this Federal Blvd location does about 11,000 a week, but Broomfield serves something like 34,000/week. Now that’s volume. Health/compromise insight: I’ve written a couple of books about nutrition labeling for grocery/food products and restaurant meals(i.e., the FDA and USDA regulations governing those ubiquitous Nutrition Facts labels). I check them regularly. But I like to tell myself it’s OK to overload on some ingredient or another once in awhile, as long as I watch what I eat the next couple of days.

This place has a weekday lunch buffet. Here’s what you get: – One kind of pasta, not very good, with additional red sauce if you want. I don’t know if the sauce helps, but it couldn’t hurt. Or could it? – Minimal salad bar. It’s okay. A good selection of dressings and crisp bagged-type garden salad, some toppings, cottage cheese, dampish carrot sticks, quartered dill pickles that I wasn’t brave enough to try, plus that sorta shredded commercial bacon topping(«Bacon!») which is better than no bacon at all and much better than soy bacon substitute, although my circulatory system may vehemently disagree. – A variety of pizzas and crust types. The pizzas are kept reasonably well supplied; but if you get there during a slow period, it may be dried out by the heat lamps. Oddly, the dried out pizza tasted better to me. The fresh pizzas tasted a little… odd. Maybe a little undercooked? A little extra sog to compensate for when the pizzas sit out and get dry? – Dessert pizza covered with canned cherry or apple pie topping, a streusel that is just raw oatmeal, and a drizzle of powdered sugar frosting. Even kids won’t go nuts on this dessert. The buffet is mediocre at best but it costs only $ 6, it’s quick, and it’s filling. That’s about it. It made me not want to buy pizza at this location, which isn’t much of a recommendation. They will turn down the tv and music if you ask, although the noise may be a welcome distraction.
