NOSTARSFORYOU!!! Needless to say this was definitely the WORST customer service experience ever! I had an issue at this location before(pizza not cooked well) but wanted to give them another chance. Big mistake… The woman up front taking orders on Sunday night was rude to people on the phone and completely ignored me as I waited to pick up an order I had already paid for. After several minutes without acknowledgement of my presence, I finally asked if someone from the kitchen could come forward and give me my order from the warmer. This seemed to irritate the woman who abruptly got off the phone and chastized me for not talking with a little more«sugar». Ironic, because she used very little«sugar» when talking to the customers on the phone. When I let her know that, it seemed to really set her off as she practically threw my order at me and started yelling incoherently while continuously slamming her hands on the counter. When I again critiqued her customer service skills, she yelled at me to report her to her manager! Unbelievable! To top it all off I came home and found the center of the pizza to be a doughy, undercooked mess…

Trust all the other review, the service and the food are garbage, did I mention the customer service and the food being terrible. It’s pretty simple, seems like there shouldn’t be this many upset customers or should I say dominoes or papa johns customers now

Small little store for carrying out. Nice staff. The gal checking me out just about forgot to make me pay for my pizza. The place was clean, but there isn’t much sitting room. Its pretty much delivery or carry out, no dining in. The pizza was cooked exactly as we ordered. Thumbs up there.

I hate it when a company as large as Pepsico, owner of Pizza Hut, the restaurant I am giving my account of, would let it’s customer service take such a massive swan dive that even a humble, understanding chap such as myself would be driven to the point of issuing a 1 star Unilocal rating. The first experience that left a bad taste in my mouth was when they just didn’t deliver the pizza and claimed to have no record of the order I had phoned in. The next straw was when I made an order only to have it arrive an hour and fifteen minutes later than the 45 minutes I was told it would be delivered within. It makes me sad that a pizza maker that I, at one time would have placed moderately high up there on my guilty pleasures list, would sink to such depths as to abandon an order! For real people, this is not rocket science… It’s just the chemistry and synergy of producing a quality product, at a reasonable price, with a friendly attitudes, all of which being delivered as expeditiously to the paying customer that matters! Check it out corporate pizza provider, you need to follow through on your promise or get the hell out of the way of the competition. Last straw was when their(Pizza Hut’s) corporate«call and see if the online order is real» robot-esque drones called and informed me they had cancelled my order because of not having enough of a particular size of pizza. Now folks, I have a highly skilled bullsh*t detector that was sounding alarms bells all over this great state and we all know you can throw a lump of dough to your desired size,(I would throw in a size matters comment here on a happier day) Don’t play with my emotions like this Mr. and or Mrs. Pepsico!
