Pink Ladies Residential Cleaning

I found this «company» on Craigslist, and was sucked in by their «$ 45 for 4 hours» deal. I set up an appointment, and everything seemed fine… until they showed up. They informed me that they do not wash dishes (there were dishes in the sink, but I have had other cleaning services do dishes and didn’t think it would be a big deal). I asked her if she could do the dishes instead of doing something else, like cleaning out the cabinets, and she rolled her eyes at me and said sure. My house WAS very, very, very dirty before they came (I’m a slob)…but that’s why I wanted a weekly cleaning service. I didn’t think their work was the best, but what I was really unhappy about was the attitude I got from the owner. I had written a more detailed negative review, but the day after I posted it the woman sent me a text threatening me to sue me for slander if I didn’t take it down, and informed me she took pictures of my house (before/​after) pictures, which I did not give consent for. She said that if I didn’t take down my original review, she would respond with the pictures and sue me for slander. SO, I’ve edited my original review. This one has no embellishments, nothing that can be construed as a lie. She will probably post pictures of my dirty house as a response to this review.
Don’t use this company. This woman decided she could just take pictures of my house, without my consent. In my opinion, that is a huge privacy breach.
