I will not be using Paradise Cleaners again. I took a dress to them for cleaning and was charged easily 3 times the amount I should have been. In addition to the exorbitant cost, there was still cat hair and deodorant on the dress, so I am not sure they actually cleaned it. I will not be back.

I received a coupon in the mail that seemed great… BUYERBEWARE! The total price was twice what I pay at other cleaners. They charged me $ 10/ea to dry clean 3 pairs of pants. They even ‘forgot’ to apply the original coupon. Their coupons are a scam. Only use Paradise if you have extra money in your wallet that is taking up space.

Completely destroyed a $ 1400 Brooks Brothers suit and then claimed«it was like that.» The old owner ruined three of my shirts once but called to tell me before I ever picked them up and he made good on it. The new owners are the absolute worst. I’ll never go back.

Let’s do some math: + close to my house + same day service + everything comes back perfect + parking + coupons — alloof staff — super EXPENSIVE _______________ three stars

I have only had one item cleaned here. The cleaning was great. The service was like going into an old school diner where all the waitresses are surly. I think that the chemicals may decrease the levels of serotonin in the bodies of the people working at this particular dry cleaner. Perhaps they need to open a window? Also, be very careful with your parking. We have seen many cars towed from the spots that are designated for Paradise Cleaners. If you are not dropping off or picking up laundry, then DONOT park in these spots.

I had no idea how good I had it with my old dry cleaners in Houston. To think I complained about paying $ 30 for several sweaters, shirts and skirts … who knew I’d move to a city where there seem to be NO cheap cleaners within 10 miles of downtown. Horrifying! I recently paid about $ 55 to get one dress and two sweaters cleaned. Sure, they are super clean, but HOLYCRAP! I should have known this place would wipe me out after getting a $ 10 off coupon in the mail. Ten dollars off brought it to $ 55. If anyone knows of a nice, small, non-chain dry cleaners who won’t completely ruin my clothes or my bank balance, please let me know!
