So my husband and I have ordered from this place multiple times in the past in hopes they improve. It was a hit or miss ever time we ordered. I mean we love Papa Johns every location we have eaten from. Unfortunately, last night ended up being the worst from this location. The pizza dough appeared under cooked but decided to eat it any way since I’m no pro at how a pizza is supposed to be cooked(I don’t eat it much). It arrived extremely late and the driver was polite and apologized which was nice. Then we both woke up this morning with food poisoning. I had to stay home from work which costed me $ 250 out of pay and have been hugging that good ol’ porcelain throne non-stop. I’m not gonna mention the other saddening details/symptoms. Last time I’ve ever felt this sick was several years ago from a party. I seriously wish there were more pizza joints opened around here so we wouldn’t have to deal with the limited variety. Now that I’ve seen the other reviews saying they’ve gotten sick from them too makes me wonder if they need to be highly investigated.

You know what? They actually hooked us up with still giving us a discount after we called them letting them know that our coupon wasn’t applying properly. I was very pleased because when we picked up our pizza, the pizza was delicious and not terrible at all. I’m having good experiences with this location and hope it’s like this again next time I visit

I’m very disappointed. I love Papa Johns, so this is very difficult to write. I ordered a XL pep/Italian sausage pizza. My delivery was late, and the pizza was not prepped or driven with care. The pizza tasted as if It had not been cooked all the way. The crust of the pizza was unusually thick. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh at all. I woke up this morning with a tummy ache. The two stars are for the friendly delivery man.

These guys suck. Never order from them. I placed an order for delivery. They accepted the order and MYMONEY. Then no delivery. They called and told me they won’t deliver to my area. I used to get deliveries, then nothing. Really! Try some customer service!

3 issues in a row = you lost my business. First issue: i ordered online for pick up. My total was $ 17 and change for 2 pizzas. When i arrived at the store i was given the correct order but i come to find out they charged my card $ 48. What. The. Hell. They couldnt figure out how to fix it and after 10 minutes i was furious and told them to give me the difference in cash, which they refused to do. They said the only thing they were willing to do was refund it. They did and it took almost 10 days to get my money back. Second issue: again an order for pickup. After i got home with the pizza i ordered, started eating and noticed very quickly that there were holes in the dough on the bottom of the pizza. They were big enough and frequent enough to where there is no possible chance the people making this didnt know. Also, this was 1 pizza at $ 19.71. So again, i was pissed. Last issue: we tried delivery in hopes that some cosmic power might have changed our experience, but no. It took 20 minutes longer than we were told it would be and when our pizza finally arrived it was stone cold. I called the store and asked if they could remake it, i was asked if i was sure it was cold. I hung up at that point and my business will go elsewhere. Beyond all that this is the only pizza shop in the area that doesn’t use the frequent customer rewards program for hotel employees in the area. I would avoid this shop like the plague.

Ordered 4 – 5 pizzas with a soda or two for work lunch meeting. I made the order on line a day before the meeting. I called in the morning of the meeting to confirm that they got the order and that all was set for delivery at lunch — the guy on the phone said that everything was a-ok. The pizzas never showed. When I called to inquire about the order the first two times, the guy on the phone was semi-apologetic and said that food should be arriving soon. Nearly an hour past promised delivery time, I called and requested to speak to a manager — the guy I’ve been talking to stated that he was the manager. He was not apologetic, instead, he turned combative and aggressive. Not until I asked if he would compensate for this inconvenience did he spit out that the food would be free. Too bad, the«free food» never did arrive, 2, 3, forever hours past delivery time. What an amazingly unprofessional and horrendous business practice! Incredibly disgusted by this experience.

Underwhelming experience here. Lackluster service and bland pizza. Regret not trying the new Papa Murphy’s that just opened up in the same shopping center.

I live 3.2 miles away and it took 2.5 hours to get the pizza. Called to complain and was transferred to 4 people and lied to «we called you». Hey, driver people have smart phones and we know if you called. Finally after 2.5 hours saw driver going wrong, had to flag them down. House is in a well established neighborhood. No discount just took my money. Welp, it’s going to be a long time before I return. Hello«dominoes»!

I’m very pleased that Papa John’s finally opened up near me. Domino’s Pizza needed a little competition! I enjoy online ordering and then being able to stop next door to King Soopers for a Redbox and picking up my pizza here. There’s flour all over the staff, from making the crusts fresh, no «previously frozen» ones. The staff is a younger group of people and they’re laid-back and friendly. The pizzas have disappointed yet. All in all, just like any Papa John’s, nothing overly special, but won’t disappoint. This beats getting a $ 8 Digiorno’s pizza!
