Papa John’s Pizza

Great pizza!!! And even though they took a while for my order, it was ok because they were super helpful and nice! They even gave me complimentary garlic sauce. Just the greatest!

The manager at this store has treated me with the upmost respect. I am greatly appreciative of the amazing customer service he has proved me, every time I have called. I will defiantly be ordering from this location again. Thank you Tony!

I’ve ordered from Papa Johns twice in the last two months. I won’t be ordering from them again. First time the service was nothing exceptional. I was basically treated as a pass though customer. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni, sausage and jalapeño pizza. The pizza was mediocre at best. I ordered the same pizza recently, and it tasted like the jalapeños were added to a pepperoni and sausage pizza someone else ordered earlier, but canceled. There are many local and national pizza restaurants that provide far superior service and better quality of food. I think Papa Johns relies on less than amusing commercials to appeal to one time customers, or drunken weekend couch potatoes as their customer base.

Never had a bad experience. They always get the order right and the pizza is hot when it arrives. Sometimes the pizza tastes better than other times but it’s always at least good. I’ve had pizza from this location that was prepared amazingly. Only once did they take longer for delivery than the quoted time, but they called to let me know. I appreciate the phone call, that’s all I ask if something happens. I’m always a good tipper but when they deliver fast or the delivery driver is very friendly I will give them an extra few bucks.

Terrible service!!! If I order a pizza a certain way via phone, I expect it to come that way. Not the exact opposite-​which makes it a dietary issue. When we called the store, a remade pizza comes 50 minutes later — we are less than a 3 minute drive. Absolutely not cool! Not okay!!! Not worthy of my business over the years!

I ordered a buffalo pizza and forgot to get it without onions. The manager fixed it for me and gave me a free 2 liter. Great service and quick too. Thanks a ton!

We ordered take out from them a couple of times because they had 50% off pizza. You go pick up the pizza 30 minutes after you call them. The pizza was hot when it arrived at our house. I prefer the thing crust, just more balanced between the topping and pizza dough. It hits the spot sometimes, most of the time, it just tastes OK.

They have fantastic pizza here! The wait time is around 20 – 30 minutes so if you’re looking for something super fast try another place, but they make GOOD pizza. I get it all the time. I really recommend their green packets of «special seasoning.» I’m definitely addicted! If I could I would buy whole bottles of it. This is by far the best pizza place close to DU.
Only real bad thing is they close kind of early for being so close to a university.

I ordered online (Prob was my first mistake) It was late on a Sunday evening I was craving hot wings. I ordered two orders of wings and lots of sauce. I was impressed they got my order to me so quick but it was obvious why they were so prompt as I started really looking at my food. I ordered bone-​less hot wings. These things looked like childrens chicken nuggets from McDonalds. I havnt had hot wings in a while but I was sure they shouldnt look like chicken nuggets. They were almost completely sauce-​less /​super crispy dry hot wings with no sauce. Wonderbar! –Pretty bad. The worse part is I cant exactly locate this specific location that delievered to me –so Im taking a complete shot in the dark that this one is the one responsible. Regardless I would assume its safe to say boneless hot wings are not they way to go.
