I’ve never had an overly terrible or overly fantastic experience here. It’s a couple blocks from my house so it’s convenient. I usually use the rapid pick up option. Keep in mind though, when you order online, it doesn’t take into account if the store is out of something. So since the order is guaranteed to be sitting on the special pick up shelf 10 minutes after you pay for it, they make necessary sacrifices on your behalf. It’s usually something minor like a different bread or side. One time, they were out of the soup I ordered so they had my bag sitting at the counter instead to see what I would like as a replacement(um, no broccoli cheddar? I may as well just starve). The staff is nice enough. It’s always seemed pretty clean. But like with every place, be sure to check your bag for anything major before you drive away.

I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a Frontega chicken sandwich and bowel of soup. When I opened the bread on the sandwich there was a very thinly spread chicken that I doubt would fill up a soup spoon. If they called this a Tomato sandwich or a Tomato and Cheese sandwich that would be a honest assessment but not chicken. If you are after a chicken sandwich do not go for this choice…$ 6.00 — — — really? Talked to management about it and she stated that it is a weighed amount. Another case of corporate greed…

Yeah… website and Unilocal both say they open until 7:30 on Saturdays… not the case. They close at 5pm

Like all Panera restaurants, the service is slow here, the food is overpriced, and the menu is poor. I come here because it’s convenient to my home and also because it’s a nice place to work(it didn’t used to be — the wifi was once atrocious). Normally, I do not review Panera restaurants because I have nothing good to say. It is a solid 3 star experience everywhere. However, this location is different. The management here is loud and boisterous, to the point where every comment, every conversation between staff members, every order taken at the register… it’s all broadcast for every corner of the restaurant to hear. I recognize this is a minor thing, but it is disruptive, and I’ve noticed both during weekends and on weekdays with different staff members. It’s always a manager or senior person that booms — the«worker bees» all speak normally and can not be heard. Perhaps the problem is acoustics. But in any case, we don’t all need to hear the phone orders, the fake laughs, and the nonsense shared amongst coworkers. Enough already.

I tend to like Panera for their consistent food and friendly service. This place was no exception. I tried their quinoa oatmeal for breakfast one day, which is unsweetened. It felt very healthy, perhaps at the expense of flavor. However, with the cinnamon and low sugar, this would probably be an excellent option for a diabetic. We scored a free crossword from their piles of leftover purchased newspapers, so that was a plus. I tried their Pick 2 option for lunch on another day, and enjoyed the pesto vegetable soup with a Greek salad. Very fresh, and low calorie. I saw the employees be friendly and exhibit good customer service a couple of times, so it was easy to like this place.

They should fire management. One of the manager, I believe his name was Matt, coughed in my food as he was preparing it. He thought I didn’t notice. I saw small drops of spit from his saliva on my plate. I complained and they didn’t do anything. So, I threw the food out and left. PLEASEDON’T GOTHEREESPECIALLYIFYOUHAVECHILDREN. I hated telling my kids that no one should have spit in their food. This is something that should never happen. I really hope that he never works there again.

When I arrived(around 11:45 a.m.) at this location yesterday I was a bit nervous about the line being all the way to the door, but they got people through very quickly and there was plenty of seating available. All of the employees were pleasant and the Assistant Manager was very engaging. I had the Pick 2 — Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Chicken Cobb Avocado Salad with a baguette. I cannot eat vinaigrette dressing so I had to have Caesar dressing on my salad — they don’t have ranch(?!). I have to say this was the BEST meal I have ever had at any Panera. The soup was hot and full of broccoli, etc.(not just the«broth»), the salad was fresh and tasted SO good. The baguette was hot — I have never had a hot baguette there. I also was entitled to a free birthday pastry so I indulged in the Cobblestone — delicious. I will definitely be back — such a great experience.

Not the friendliest service I’ve ever had and a little bit different menu than some of the other locations but the food is good and the atmosphere is nice.

I like their Pick 2 option. You can choose two half portions to try things off the menu. Just had the Lemon Chicken Orzo soup with the Mediterranean Chicken salad. It was a great combo. Try to avoid this location between 12−1p as you get the DTC lunch rush. 1130a is good time, it’s quiet and not very busy. The Garden Vegetable soup is my personal favorite off the menu

I’ve visited here several times over the years and this past visit will be my last. One single slice of meat folded over on the turkey sandwich with a mini salad. Lunch for two for $ 20 and we were still hungry. Staff arrogant. Surely there are better places to get a quick lunch.

I love Panera Bread and this location was no different. I arrived and they looked up my panera card number and told me I had a month of free coffees(for april) and that I had a free pastry too! Surprise! It was nice :) I picked up a half a cup of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Perfect for a rainy day. This location is nice, with a fireplace and outdoor seating.

I love Panera locations unfortunately this location actually blocks wifi to only 30 minutes between 11 – 2. I’ve never ran into the before. Won’t come back to this location.

Just tried to eat the Thai Flatbread. There is only about 4 – 5 pieces of chicken in there and maybe only the bottom 1 ½″ has stuff in a large flatbread. BUT the main issue is, it is so sour I can barely eat it. It’s like a very sour vinaigrette. Not good, will not order again nor recommend. Love the place over all though.

Manager went above and beyond to make right, an online order I placed the day before for a morning office event that got botched. He compensated beyond what I had initially ordered and everything was fresh, hot and tasty. I come to this location a couple times a week on my lunch break because it is so close to the office. The lines can sometimes look long but they move fast!

Tucked away in a hidden gem of a plaza, this location is usually very busy. With that said, the staff does a very good job of working efficiently, staying chipper and keeping the place clean.

Panera Bread is a consistent performer when it comes to fresh baked breads and pastries. It also is excellent for a quick, balanced and filling meal. I usually opt for the ½ salad & ½ sandwich combo. A soup may be substituted for ether of the mains as well. Free Wifi is available with the proviso that it may be limited during lunch hours. Owing to its DTC local, this Panera is often busy and bustling. Stopping in during dinner yields a more low key setting.

This place is a Panera. Perhaps you’ve seen them on nearly every street corner across America. Which means I think they are a chain. The food is what you can expect from a Panera. I like the turkey sandwich on sour dough and at this location it arrived just as I had ordered it seven years ago in Wheaton, Illinois. And five years ago in Saint Louis, Missouri. It’s the anti-chocolate box of sandwich places: you always know what you’re going to get. As for this location SPECIFICALLY, it is clean and surprisingly decorated like all other Paneras. The staff is polite and my food came out more quickly than eight years ago when I got the same sandwich in Seattle, Washington. There is, however, the added awesome benefit of all the white collar folks from DTC coming in between 11:30 — 1:30 to regale me with the latest fashions straight out of J Crew. That is always rad. It’s good. It’s Panera.

I have days where I don’t know what to eat yet want to get some free wi fi. And on those days there is Panera. I stopped here around Friday right before the lunch rush. As most of the Panera’s I’ve been to, employees are super friendly and they have the standard menu along with calorie content(a big THANKYOU for that!) The only weird thing about this location is that they dont give you buzzers for when you’re food is ready like every other Panera I’ve been to. So best to hang around the pick up area in case you can’t hear them call your name.
