I had never been to Panera before my visit here recently. Probably will be one-and-done on them as well. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t displeased with my visit in general. Staff was lovely: polite, smiling, quick, and made the visit inside getting a to-go order pleasant. The food was tasty: I had chicken Pick 2, with chicken noodle and a turkey bacon sandwich. My girl has broccoli cheese soup with a similar sandwich, cannot recall what sandwich though. The food was pretty good though. I really enjoyed what I ate. But the portions were tiny. I mean really tiny. A sandwich the size of a coaster, about 3″ across, if that. The soup was perhaps ¾ of a ladle in a small container. Two of these Pick 2 meals was $ 20. Not worth the price whatsoever, not even close. Too bad. The food was certainly good, but I was still pretty hungry, and it was more of a snack than anything else.

Worst delivery ever I went through the drive through and got a ham and Swiss panini and they forgot the cheese and got soup that was cold and I don’t live far so it should of been hot still

Had their Chicken Frontega Sandwich for the second time just to be sure the first one wasn’t just a cheapskate mistake. I truly do not know how they can call this a chicken sandwich. You could call it a tomato sandwich or a tomato and cheese sandwich. There is not enough chicken on this almost $ 6.00 sandwich to call it a chicken sandwich. No more…

First of all their drive through is sooooooo slow, get ready to wait 20min if there’s 3 cars in front of you. Then they forgot the egg on my bagel egg & cheese sandwich… Talk about a disappointment.

The food is excellent here, no doubt… …But, $ 7 for half of a sandwich… What has this world come to? Seven dollars… for HALF of a sandwich… This«really expensive half a sandwich» trend is really pissing me off.

Food is what is expected of any Panera Bread location. However, several times I have ordered food at the drive thru and when I got home, discovered they gave me the wrong thing. Seeing as it is a drive thru, I don’t make a habit of completely unwrapping every sandwich in the bag. But apparently, at this location, they don’t care what you order, they will just throw anything together. Even after checking my receipt to be sure they recorded the order correctly, I still find that the people responsible for assembling the sandwiches are just not paying any attention. If you order a bacon turkey bravo, you will get just turkey and lettuce on white bread. If you order and asiago bacon egg and cheese, you will get a sausage egg and cheese on a ciabatta. That’s close enough by their standards. So if you want the food you actually ordered, I suggest you find somewhere else to eat. I will not be wasting anymore time or money on this establishment.

Yum, Yum, Yummers! Came in to get my free pastry from the rewards program. Decided on the huge cinnamon roll and ordered a large coffee. Service was great, location is convenient and the pastry was tasty! Plenty of parking and free WiFi.

This panera has the absolute worst customer service. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve sat in their drive thru for 15+ mins. Just this morning I ordered an ice caramel latte and 2 plain bagels and the guy got my coffee order wrong TWICE. I sat there for 17 mins just waiting for the coffee. They really need to get someone who is able to handle a drive thru window in an appropriate amount of time because this is just ridiculous.

The chicken Cobb salad with avocado is a great salad. We also tried the pick two flat breads. BBQ chicken and Mediterranean chicken. They were also great. Kids got Mac and cheese and that came with a yogurt stick. No drinks are included with that… you would think s kids meal did. This location is very slow on their orders in the drive through. It took over 10 min. They could be nice and apologize when you get to the window and offer a cookie but they don’t.

We have given this location many tries and they always seem to underwhelm. One order hardly had any meat on the sandwich. Another time they forgot my cookie in the drive thru. I have three kids so it’s not easy to just go back. Another time it took forever for my husband to get his order of bagels. Then they shorted him two. Love Panera just not this location.

I love panera bread! Sometimes an order can get messed up at this location, but I’m pretty content with these guys. I keep eyeballing the broth bowls, but have yet to try them. The chicken Cobb salad is delicious, but always check for avocado pits! The flatbread is a favorite too! Thanks panera for filling my belly!

Store is clean, it’s a Panera… but seriously wtf. Ordered soup. Served to me lukewarm at best. Took it to the kitchen to fix it — and they sent me to the community microwave to warm it up myself. Um… I ordered soups which SHOULD be hot… and the kitchen SHOULD make the food right. This Panera kitchen staff needs some lessons in customer focus.

If you know me than you know I love Panera! I usually eat the pic two depending on what i’m in the mood for. I love the Asian Salad and Greek Salad! I also like all the soups that I’ve tried and same with the sandwiches!

I am not a big sandwich person, but the Turkey bacon bravo is amazing. It is probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Tons of fresh sliced turkey breast, crispy bacon, lettuce, and I substitute the gouda for white cheddar. All of this on their delicious sweet tomato basil bread, smeared their signature spread. I dream about this sandwich. It also comes with a side and I like to get the baguette. Their bread is sooo good. I’ve also had a few of their pastries, and all of them were delicious. Especially the croissants and jelly donuts. Every location I’ve been to has always been clean and has a warm atmosphere. The service is always great too. I love Panera bread.

Good for lunch. The combos with a ½ sandwich, soup or salad is a pretty good deal. The bread is very tasty. I always leave full. It is not a bad choice for a chain. Sat outside and the scenery is not the best unless youlike looking at cars going by, but I like taking advantage of the ourtdoors while the weather is nice. I will be back I am sure

Perhaps today was an off day but I had to wait an unusually long time for my avocado and egg white sandwhich. I realize this wasn’t just me being impatient because the woman in front of me had to ask staff twice as to where a frozen lemonade was My avocado, cheese, egg white, tomato, and spinach sandwich was very underwhelming. What was depicted in advertisement was not what I are. Smoothed avocado and tomato made for something tasty yet it looked unappetizing. Again, perhaps and off day as panera is usually great.

All the Paneras are pretty much set up the same and offer all of the same things so I don’t have a lot to say. I’ve have always been satisfied with their service, food, and drinks. I love the fact that this one has a drive-thru.

This is a standard Panera. For those who have never been(what?!?), it serves delicious soups, sandwiches, and pastries. I would happily live off their chicken noodle soup in a sourdough bread bowl. Warning: sandwiches have mayo on them, which the cashier said they do not. That wasn’t so fun to find out at home. At least the soup is fool-proof. The only non-standard thing is the drive-thru. Pretty cool!

Oh la-laaaaa add yet another addition to the new shopping center off Hampden and I-25(not sure what the name of the center is?) This Panera is just like any other busy with a lot of employees but everything seemed sloppy after the girl training another girl(they were great) took my order — soup was lukewarm, no utensils were given to me, bread was hard. Hopefully this is just some growing pains that they are having with opening and not something that will be a regular thing in their book. They were happy to alleviate all the issues but it was just a letdown. For those lazy or in a hurry, they have a drive thru lane, still never tried it so I’m unsure of how quick it would be! I will be back for the convenience factor alone and hope that they will have their act together a little better next time.

This Panera Is Right Outside My House! Dangerous!!! :D They just opened on November 6th! Now I can get all the soups, sandwiches, bagels, and pastas I can eat! There is also a drive thru so I don’t have to leave my car! ;D Dangerous for sure. I never thought I would want so many sandwiches and soups! I don’t even really like them! Except when I’m here! They also have great desserts like cupcakes and cookies :) You will probably see me here living rent free! Lol!
