My girlfriend and I swear by these products. We are both CrossFitters which translates into having really gnarly hands after a workout. Who wants to be the girls who have super rough gnarly hands all the time? Not these girls! We have used many different products that she offers and while we each have a favorite(lavender lemon goat milk soap) they are all consistently great. She can usually be found at the South Pearl Farmers Market in season, but fear not, in the winter she has a great website to order from( ). I cannot recommend these products highly enough!

The quality of the products here is phenomenal! While expensive, this lovely little shop never fails to impress me with their vast selection of soap, oils, lotions, and potions, each and every time. They carry a lot of lovely scents I’ve never smelled before and their soap is top notch. Come here if you’re in search of something fantastically different. These people know their scents and the ambiance created by the combination of the fountain and scents is just lovely!

The lotion is the best I have ever found. All store bought lotion always seems to sit on my skin giving the illusion of moisturizing, not this stuff. It sinks into your skin and instantly relieves the pain of a dry Colorado day. My hands have stopped cracking and I no longer feel like I am going to shatter. After trying the lotion I had to get some of the soaps. Delightful!!! They smell so good I want to eat them, but I wont. No more dry skin, no more itching after a shower. I will gladly continue to use this product in my home.

I’m hooked on this soap like a junkie needs a fix. In my family, we all have sensitive skin and are highly allergic to fragrance oils. While I like many of the fragrance oils, my skin does not. Amy’s handmade soaps contain all natural essential oils and have not broken out my, nor the 2 other members of my family’s skin at all. High praise indeed! I happened to find the Olde Crone’s soap business through a friend on FaceBook and went to the Farmer’s Market the next day with my man in tow. We found 5 bars of soap and bought them to try out. We have had such a positive experience and have continued to purchase her soaps. For a girls’ weekend away, I gave 10 of my favorite girlfriends a bar of soap of their very own. Everyone seemed to be excited with their soap gift. Hopefully I have spread the«soap» love to others. This soap is too good to not be shared. Amy(The young«olde crone» who makes the soap) and her husband, Izzy, both vend the soaps at farmer’s markets during the summer months. During the winter, the soaps are available online. Amy also does some craft fairs and often advertises those on her website and on FaceBook. I recommend you follow her for deals. We love the soap!

Once upon a time, amongst several other endeavors, I made soap. For those that haven’t tried it, it is an exact science that can be mildly dangerous with the lye and whatnot. Either you love making soap, or you think«huh, so that’s how you do that» and then move on to something else. I’m in the second category. «The Olde Crone» is in the first. And at $ 5.50 for a big fat chunky bar of soap, it’s the best deal by weight I’ve found for homemade soap. Olde Crone Bewitching Bath Soap is my favorite soap ever. One of the things that held me back in my soap making is that I had no way of getting a gallon of goat milk near freezing in order to make a goat milk based soap. She has Chai Goat Milk Soap, Fresh Mint Madness Goat Milk Soap, Goatmeal Honey Soap, and Lavender Lemon Goat Milk Soap — you guessed it — all made with goat milk. There are other non-goat soaps too — the Superspa Salt bar is also quite decadent. I’ve tried just about every soap offered. In addition to the soap, there’s homemade lip balm, sugar scrubs and facial cleansing oil. And if that wasn’t supercool enough — she has an eBook you can buy for a nominal fee that will teach you to make soap at home on your own. I purchased the eBook and loved that it was packed with pictures and straightforward instructions that walked you through this crafty hobby. In the summer months, you’ll catch The Olde Crone at the South Pearl Street Farmers Market, the farmer’s market in downtown Littleton and the Street Faire in Louisville. The rest of the year, you can order all of these delicious products online through the website. They are shipped really quick and you can pay through PayPal which I find super convenient. If you ever see her at the Farmer’s Market, stop by and say hello. She’ll usually have a deal going on and will let you try a delicious free sample.
