Only two products are offered: sourdough loaf and sourdough cinnamon rolls, but you can tell the owner/​baker poured her heart out in making these. I prefer the loaf slightly more because a sourdough cinnamon roll was foreign to me, it’s still really good, but the loaf is the most pillow-​y sourdough loaf I’ve ever had. And it’s not too acidic, just the way I like it. It also smelled heavenly. I hope New Rise comes back to my farmer’s market next year!
