Delivery is slow when they have it and even that can be inconsistent. One thing to keep in mind is that the fried rice is also pretty drab and unflavorful. They do have a good egg drop soup but not worth the hassle of ordering takeout or delivery.

Their beef lo mein and fried dumplings are on par with east coast Chinese food! I will surely go back for just those items!

What a great lunch. I had the chicken egg foo hung. Love the gravy! The place smelled fabulous. Like your grandma’s house on Thanksgiving.

Well. We tried. We don’t like. So we’re moving on. It’s so close to home and someone doesn’t want to drive an extra 15 minutes. Walking in the sad vibe was palpable. A couple that was waiting for their turn to a table looked like they’ve been standing there for at least a couple of days. A lone female staff running around bussing the tables, taking orders and replenishing the silver wares. She looked so stressed out that half of the people looking at her are either stressed out too or just don’t want to be there. I was the latter. We tried their Twice Cooked Pork, Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice and Broccoli with Garlic Sauce. All three minus the rice had the same look with the the same taste. I’ve had all these dishes in the past many, many times and the ones here looked and tasted like they were cooked together, plated separately and named differently. Even their fried rice was weird. It was brown but not the brown rice kind with nothing on it. I’m simply amazed how this place is 4 stars on Unilocal.Service wasn’t bad considering the poor thing was alone. I would still say it’s below par. She couldn’t stay one minute longer because she was pulled in 20 different directions. I’d quit and go work somewhere else horrible where I’m not alone doing 100 different things.

Decent food… easily the best of its kind in the immediate area… BUT…if you can’t pick it up, don’t bother. The delivery wait is PAINFUL. I’m starting to wonder if they refuse to hire an additional driver out of sheer stubbornness, as it would obviously increase their marketshare considering the consistently scathing reviews about the wait times.

This place rocked! The service wasn’t great but the food was to die for! I love Chinese so much but finding a good place is so hard and im so happy I found this one! So fresh and hearty with great lunch options. Each item comes with a multitude of things and it’s just perfect! Highly recommend going here. Don’t let the building scare you!

Their food is fresh and very authentic, even delivery was a great option. Could be a little but less pricey.

Good food for price. In a hotel and had delivery. Some of best Hot and Sour soup I have ever had and the cream cheese wonton was tasty.

Ive been going here since I was a kid. My mother is obsessed with their schezuan chicken and the pork fried rice. I have eaten here for many years, both delivery, sit down, when they had the buffet, and every experience is great. The staff is kind and attentive. The food never ceases to impress me. I now live downtown with tons of chinese Restaurants that are much closer but this place is always worth the extra drive. Consistently amazing for 15 years and going.

Their food is delicious! We usually get delivery or pick up but dined there tonight. The service was pretty awful, and will definitely be sticking to delivery or carry out for now on.

Called twice and rudely put on hold for 5 minutes each time. That’s not the way to treat your customers.

Pretty good and pretty inexpensive. Good for lunch. They might need some more staffing(like one more person) in the dining room during lunch, though. There was one person doing *everything* at the front of the house.

I only order take out, I call ahead and it is hot and fresh. The sesame chicken is great, so are the egg rolls and wontons.

Extremely friendly, great service from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean and had a great ambience. The food was awesome! We had the egg drop and wonton soups as well as the Mongolian beef. Definitely satisfied our appetite. Finally found our goto Asian place!

Best Chinese around town. Delivery takes a while and they don’t use grub hub only reason not 5 star.

A great place for a Chinese meal. They have a unique dish that I haven’t seen at another Chinese restaurants, Tomatoe beef/chicken. It was interesting it felt like a combination Italian Chinese dish. This place is similar to other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to but that isn’t a bad thing. It’s always great to have one nearby!

Best Hot and Sour Soup! I measure a good Chinese restaurant by this soup. My only complaint is that one of the reasons we enjoy Chinese food is that it can be delivered. This place takes on average of 1 ½ to hour and 45 to deliver and it is 3 blocks from our home. So beware, you need to know you want Chinese 2 hours before knowing you want it or go pick it up yourself.

I basically don’t give anything five stars. Silly that Unilocal doesn’t allow half stars since the aggregate can yield that type of ranking regardless. I have come to rely upon Unilocal more and more to find places. I love food, love to eat and I will eat anywhere that has good food whether is a super high end fancy place or a total dump. I am moving to this area from Stapleton. I have been in Colorado about 2.5 years and am from Michigan. I lived in Boston for years as well. In general, I find it real hard to find good food here, particularly asian. I went to New Peking alone. I am a huge soup fan. Their won ton is as good as I have had here in Colorado — it was pretty darn good. Also had mongolian beef which was also good, not great. I will definitely go back for the soup alone and will try other stuff on the menu. The exterior of the restaurant is pretty shabby but inside is a nice looking family run joint.
