I would not recommend this company. Dave assured me on the phone that my grand piano would be placed on a dolli and moved to another room. When the movers arrived, they decided, against my protests, that it wasn’t worth the effort to do it that way. They put blankets under the legs and the 2 men scooted it across the carpet. Finally, 2 other carpenters watching them, jumped in and helped. We did not have them come back. I was still charged $ 150 for the move. I would never suggest using this company.

These guys are GREAT!!! We live on third floor of an old converted Victorian house. 4 flights of stairs with a narrow turn at each. We weren’t sure if anyone could even get it up to our place. These guys came in and at first weren’t sure either! But they took the time to carefully assess and after studying it for a bit said they thought they could do it but it was going to be tight! The were right! It was tight, but they were able to accomplish where I’m sure many would have just given up! Not only did they get our piano up to our place but they did so carefully and without any damage!!! Thier prices were very reasonable and the guys were very proffessional. They were there on time and did an outstanding job! Thank you so much Move and Tune! We would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for a great mover!!!

Never ever ever use this company! I hired them to pick up a piano and move it to my house. They didn’t show up on time the first time, knowing I had to leave at a specific time, which was 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be at my house! They rescheduled again, then again came 2 hrs late. Again I had left when they didn’t show up as it was a Saturday morning and we had sporting events to attend. When they finally delivered the piano, 3 weeks late, they tried to charge me $ 50 more than the $ 200 they originally quoted me, for storage of the piano. Unbelievable! They don’t return calls. Horrible experience.
