I came to Dr. McNutt on the poor Monique terrified and did not know what was going on with me. At 42, I had to stroke-​like events, one resulting in a car accident. I still have no use of my left hand. Dr. McNutt made me feel at ease. He took almost an hour to get to know me. He is lighthearted and made me feel like he will definitely take care of me. When he says he will get to the bottom of this, I believe him. He has already started with solutions. He is one of the best doctors I have ever come across.

Sadly, I never even made it in to see the Dr. My experience with the front office staff was really disappointing. I am a health care provider and am very aware of how a practice should function. The front office staff is really the face of the office and conveys the energy and the environment of a practice. Sadly Jennifer and Adrienne show no common courtesy compassion for patients or professionalism. They really need to learn more about phone etiquette and patient care. I will not refer other patients here and will find another office solely based on my experience with them.

I wish I could give a review of zero stars. Unprofessional, inaccurate, and condescending he embodies the worst type of doctor: the one who doesn’t listen to his patients and who thinks he (why are they always men?) is always right. Steer clear.

Dr. McNutt is an excellent doctor, listens to your concerns and gives great advice. I believe the comments of him being pompous were misinterpreted because he is a handsome man that practices high standards, nothing wrong with that!

I went in to see Dr. McNutt to rule out any major concerns with some symptoms I was having. I saw him one time, had a few tests done, and went for a follow up. He was extremely nice and reassuring. He seemed intelligent and knowledgable. He also seemed to want to do what made the most sense, rather than doing every (expensive and unnecessary) test in the book. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I was thankful that I was referred to him and would go back if I had any further concerns.

After I turned fifty I started having migraines, and didn’t think there was anything that could be done.
The migraines started to impact not only my quality of life, but my ability to function.
My other doctors dismissed many of my symptoms, and I finally decided to see a Neurologist, Doctor McNutt was recommended to me by a friend, and during the first office visit he spend a lot of time going over my history and felt the next step should be an MRI.
His treatment has resulted in a reduction of severity and frequency of my migraines.

We love Dr McNutt. My husband has been going to him for a degenerative disease for several years. He has saved both our lives with helping to manage his pain. He always takes time to listen to our questions answers them completely and will consider new options.

I have been reluctant to see a neuro for migraines because overall they don’t seem to have a good rep. However, migraines have been taking over my life and I finally went to see Dr. McNutt. He sat with me for an hour, taking my history, asking me my symptoms and lifestyle, even looked through a brochure for a different medication a different doctor had given me that I had in my purse. When I was hesitant about treatment options, he completely understood and was patient and kind and funny. I am really glad I went, and will continue to see him for follow up with my migraine treatment.

One of the most pompous doctors I have ever worked with. Doesn’t take time or care with patients and doesn’t call them back even if they pass out and go to ER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
