Massino’s Pizzeria

My husband and I tried them today. We chose delivery, using grub hub. I placed the order at 3:15, we didn’t get the food until 5:10. We both got calzones. Mine tasted weird and I barely ate any of it. My husband says his was flavorless. The drinks we ordered were half melted ice, ¼ water and ¼ soda. The garlic bread was flavorless as well. I tipped the driver only because I’m a delivery driver so I get that it wasn’t his fault but I can say we won’t be ordering food here again.

Horrible experience with their staff. I placed my order for carryout and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. I made the drive from Thornton and arrived 50 mins after placing my order. Walked up to the counter and asked for my order and was told that it was not ready yet and still needed more time in the oven. Annoyed and running late to where I was headed I asked if I could at least receive a discount since it was literally running 20 mins later than the time they told me over the phone and I would still have to wait. I was immediately brushed away as if my business meant nothing to them and was told they’ll just keep the order. WTF!!! I’ll never be back there again and I would advise you to avoid these people at all cost. Very rude and arrogant as if they’re the only pizza place around. This was my first and last time ordering from them and to be honest the place looked pretty filthy just like the people running it so maybe it was for the best I never ate any of their food. If you do choose to order from them good luck to you and be prepared to wait and wait like your time doesn’t matter. I admit I should have listened to the many other reviews with similar experiences to mine that’s my fault. They don’t care about their customers so what does that say about the food they’re serving, think about it…

I thought this pizza was very good. I was prepared to wait 2 hours after reading reviews and was shocked when my pizza showed up about 40 min after I ordered. I thought the crust was great, we will order again.

Horrible service! I have no idea how the food is because it never showed up. I ordered online and after 1.5 hours I called to find out where our food was… their phone went straight to voice-​mail and I called another location to make sure they were open. The store I ordered from called me back and said my food was almost done and should arrive in 15 mins. Well it didnt. I called back 2o mins later and the delivery driver supposedly just left and the food was expected in 5 mins. Again, nothing. I called back now that it was almost 9pm and I have kids with school in the morning very pissed off. The manager said we could keep the food when it arrived with a full refund and the food never showed. I had to go pick up fast food because the pizzeria closed and no food came. What a joke !! I will be raising hell tomorrow if no refund has been issued. Thanks for a horrible 1^st time order with this company it will never happen again.

The older women treats her customers like trash. Her husband is nice. One time she accused me of not paying. Staff does not seem very clean.

This was some of the worst food I’ve eaten in years. I’m pretty sure my NY style pizza came from a freezer. Alfredo sauce on the pasta had no flavor other than garlic, and the Stromboli still had raw dough inside. My cat won’t even eat the shrimp from the pasta. Oh, and I waited about 1 ½ hours for delivery, and nothing was more than lukewarm. Never again!

We ordered a pizza that never came. Which was really a problem since we were taking our guests to the airport. Now we had to send them off with granola bars. Obviously we will never order from them again, but this is just a heads up that they are not dependable as a delivery service.

Similar thoughts to what others have posted. Have ordered from here twice. First time delivery took awhile and the food wasn’t anything too special. We decided to try some other menu options, but had to cancel our order after the food didn’t show up after nearly two hours, even though we are only about a ten minute drive away. Won’t be ordering from here again, there are plenty of better pizza places that actually deliver their food to you…

This pizza is cheap and delicious. We order delivery from here weekly– usually a large pizza, wings, and a couple salads. Delivery to us takes about 1 – 1.5 hours, so we plan ahead and order before we reach the level of starving. The cooks, drivers, order takers are all very nice.

Damn that lasagne is GOOD!!! Ordered pick-​up so did not experience any delays. Staff seemed friendly and nice. Spaghetti was a touch over cooked. Probably from sitting in to go container a touch long. But that lasagne is really, really good!

Ok so here’s an updated review. I ordered twice through GrubHub & both times the delivery took between 90 – 140 mins. Never use GrubHub again.

Easy to order. Free delivery… Expect to be competed at the door about awkward items inn your home… Oh and that cold refreshing pepsi? Has been sitting in the guys car probably all night which would expand the warm as the pizza flat taste. Thanks for «10%» off my next order, but i actually feel uneasy about eating anything this place has made.

I’ve ordered from Massino’s pizza in the past, but I don’t think I will again. The pizza was a half an hour late. When it finally got here it was a soggy mess of grease. It was obvious it sat around before anyone could deliver it. Almost $ 30 for two pizzas, I should’ve just ordered Papa John’s.

Don’t waste your timing ordering from this dump. The manager is rude and the food is worse. Eat cardboard and save the peptic acid and money.

Well, the other reviewers nailed it. 2 hour wait for an undercooked pizza with stingy toppings. I’m still baffled how they got the pizza to taste like nothing… subpar dough, toppings, and sauce. I’d have been 300% happier with little Caesars and I’d have paid 300% less.

Last time we order from here… We ordered pizza and they were over an hour late, everything was badly burned and cold, our ‘pepperoni pizza’ came with a full 2 pepperoni slices, and our bread sticks were so badly burnt they were black. Yep, last time…

Their food is really great! Many reviews have said that delivery take a long time. While this is true, it took an hour for the food to arrive, they were up front when I ordered about the time. let’s be honest, I don’t care how long it takes if I don’t have to do he following for great food: get in my car and drive anywhere with two kids, cook dinner at home and have to appeal to a six year old and eleven year old 7 nights a week (once a week to let someone else do the cooking is completely responsible parenting right).
Overall this place has really great food, not just pizza but all of it, great prices and they are super friendly. Will definitely order from here often

I am so happy I found this place on Unilocal!Tried it for the first time and feel in love. Great pizza, friendly staff, good price. It’s my go to place for lunch. Oh, did I tell you how clean it is. That brings me back too.

I’m so glad I found this place through Grub Hub. They delivered to my home, free of charge and I could pay by PayPal through the Grub Hub app, including tip. So convenient.
Menu items are inexpensive. I got two large pasta dishes for ~$ 15. The lasagne was good, but next time I would order it with extra cheese. I like my lasagne a little gooeyer than they make it here. The Ziti is perfect. And, the garlic bread is wonderful.

This is one of those places that I wish I could give half stars. I don’t quite want to go as low as three stars but not as high as four either, so in my mind I’m giving them 3.5 stars but I am really not willing to round up.
We ordered the Shrimp Scampi pizza and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. (Literally, not an exaggeration.) It was not even remotely warm when we got it. To give them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered through
and the restaurant was listed as a Denver address; upon further inspection they are actually in Westminster. Why they deliver so far away, I’m not sure, but they need to get heated delivery bags if they are going to do that.
We had to throw our pizza back in the oven for a little while to heat it back up and make it a little more crispy and that put our order to table time at close to two hours. All that aside, the pizza was the bomb. The sauce was fantastic and the crust was flavorful. It probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. I would maybe choose to go eat at Massino’s because the food was good but trying to decide to order a pizza two hours before you want it makes their delivery option less appealing.
