LoHi is all about the up-​sell. I went in for Zerona laser treatments and was told I needed thier 5 day cleanse first, then sauna sessions, a brush…

As another reviewer said, be prepared for the up sell. Not knowing what I was getting into, I was easy pray and quickly after giving much more money, rethought getting into a very elaborate program. I was told along with Zerona I need sauna sessions. After leaving the big up sell I read more about how it is really beneficial for people who are injured, which I am not, the key is to sweat, I prefer a treadmill or workout for that. When asked for a refund on those sessions, I didn’t get a direct answer on the phone but 2 days later received a curt email that there are no refunds and they would be happy to put that $ 270 towards massage or products. Really? Also, this is not just a laser treatment they are selling. It is a complete diet program and compression garments for the entire time of your treatment. I’m into healthy eating and working out so for just wanting to try Zerona… I’m already in a ton of money and a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a great initial experience, but then it became super impersonal… Passed on to several different techs. Then at the end, they forget about you. No follow-​up.

Prepare to be up sold – the $ 399 special they were advertising quickly turned into $ 1200 with «necessary» extras such as supplements and sauna treatments. Also, when I asked them to honor the «price match» they promise on their website, they refused – and proceeded to rant about how their competition is selling their service too cheap. I left feeling like they cared only about their profit and not my results – I will be choosing another clinic…

The thing I enjoyed the most about the laser treatment was the support from the staff. I truly felt they were there to encourage me and were always very genuine. I know that each person’s body works differently, and so I was not sure what to expect. But the LoHi staff walks you through a cleanse, diet and exercise plan, and other recommendations to ensure you will get your results. (The laser always works, but you gotta meet it halfway with diet and exercise!)
I encourage anyone who has ever been curious about this procedure to call and schedule a consultation. It is no charge, and full of information. They want to be sure that this is a treatment that is right for you, and make sure you are fully informed before beginning. I was lucky enough to talk with current clients who had great things to say. I would most certainly recommend LoHi Lipo Laser.

I’m 5’5 and 130 lbs, size 4 and when i finished i was exactly the same. I went in with the intention to address some of the stubborn areas but got nothing for my $ 1000 investment. There is no refund…
I started with 6 treatments, sauna after each one, cleanse before, no caffeine and no alcohol for a month and nothing at all happened. Nick, one of the owners, offered another 6 treatments and still nothing. It didn’t work for me… just another scam in regard to weight-​loss.

Laser really seems to work…

First off, their concept is awesome. They teach what foods to eat and how to transform your physical and mental health based on what you put into your body. They start you off with a 5 day bowel cleanse/​detoxification. Then when you’re ready to start the laser treatment your body is all ready to flush the fat out of your body.
My personal story is this: nine treatments (laser treatment and infrared sauna) over a three week period. Eating healthy and cutting out fat, dairy, sugar, caffeine and alcohol from your diet and of course exercising on a daily basis. With all of this, of course you’re going to lose weight, but their treatment really accelerates the process. I lost 5 inches (which equates to 72 oz of fat, 2 ½ L Nalgenes) and 7 pounds.
The environment is totally relaxing and spa like, the infrared sauna is amazing. The staff is super inviting, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. They also have a back adjusting/​spinal decompression Doctor on sight if your experiencing back pain they can take care of that too.
