Such a cute in-​home salon. I went for a Brazilian Blowout, and had a terrific service at the most reasonable rate in town! I highly recommend Amy.

I love Amy, she is very sweet, easy going and very accommodating. I just did a Brazilian blow out and I loved it. It turned out so beautiful. She is very professional and her place is beautiful, I can tell she put a lot of love and time. Her prices are great and I love to support her business.

Amy is wonderful! I was referred to The Little Hair Shoppe by one of my students parents who takes very good care of her hair. So I decided to check it out! At first I couldn’t find it as it is above the nail salon but once upstairs it is cute and cozy. Amy is beyond nice and enjoyable to be around. I told her I wanted to go dark and she recommended the best color that I fell in love with! I enjoyed talking to her about everything and I loved hearing about her daughter :) As a first time customer and as a referral, I got a 50 percent discount on my hair and only paid 60 dollars! I was so impressed and she asks for your email address and during your birthday month you get another discount on your hair! And you get discounts for referring people. So cool! And the best part, she offers you wine while you wait for your color to take. I found my new hair stylist! :)

Amy is awesome, I am still going to her for my hair needs. She also does really great men’s haircuts with scissors only, better than any other place I have seen from the results.
I’m still getting the Brazilian Blowout to smooth my frizzy wavy/​curly hair and have gotten color more times than I can count here. She keeps up on new techniques which is extremely important, and she doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I highly recommend!

On a whim, I tried the Brazilian Blowout and it’s awesome!!! It’s not a straightening treatment, it smooooooths, so don’t get it confused with something it’s not ;-)
I have wavy, semi-​curly, often frizzy hair and this treatment smooths it out and makes it easier to manage on a daily basis. I can style my hair more quickly than ever and it even looks presentable when air-​dried. Sweet.
It’s like Amy gave me a little extra time in my day every day… I got this treatment about 3 – 4 weeks ago and it’s still making a pretty big difference. It’s supposed to last longer for «virgin» hair, which mine is not, but I’m still darn impressed!

I’ve been going to the Little Hair Shoppe on and off for over a year and Amy is the best! She is always offering specials and does a fantastic job. I always have the perfection treatment done and it is much more cost effective than the pricey keratin treatments offered at other salons and just as effective. In addition to making my hair look fantastic, Amy is a blast to be around. One day we were talking about diets and how hungry we were and actually ended up having Jimmy Johns delivered while she did my hair. It’s always like hanging out with a friend :)
Her little salon is cozy and comforting and I always look forward to having my hair done. I have sent two of my friends to her in the past and they loved her as well.

I came to Amy after a friend recommended her about a year and a half ago, and I will never go anywhere else. She always listens carefully to what I want, and when I don’t know what I want she helps me figure it out. I also really appreciate that she is willing to share her expertise about what will likely look best on me. Some stylists I’ve visited have just done whatever I requested, no questions asked or feedback given. While I have no doubt Amy would never refuse to do what I wanted, she gives her honest opinion about my thoughts when I ask.
I have thick and sort of wavy hair, and because my cuts from other stylists have always been mediocre at best I assumed it must be pretty tricky hair to work with (I wear it both curly/​wavy and straight/​heat styled). Amy has, from the very first cut, known how to make my hair look its best, regardless of how I style it. And, best of all, every haircut has grown out AMAZINGLY well, so I can stretch the time between haircuts. AND, not only does she do great work, Amy is incredibly considerate. She always makes time to cut my hair well; I have never once felt rushed. I always sense that she cares about doing a good job and making sure I’m satisfied with the results.

Love, Love, Love this place! Free token parking, small shop inside a multi shop business in Cherry Creek. Free WiFi. I spend a couple hours there every 8 – 10 weeks and look forward to it every time.
I get a full highlight and hair cut each time. I have changed my hair color from blonde blonde to red to brown. Each time Amy has matched the picture color I bring in perfectly and the hair cut. She never lets me get stuck in a rut and I receive complements on my hair all the time.

Amy has been my hairdresser for a couple years. She is very careful to evaluate my hair for the right color and style. She questions and listens to my requests. She is professional and keeps up with the current trends and products. She is organized and respectful of my time. I never have a wait. She is friendly and pleasant to visit with. Plus, the parking garage is free with a token she gives her clients.

Amy does an amazing job on my girls’ (ages 15 and 11) hair! She is super attentive and a great listener. The girls’ hair ALWAYS looks phenom!

A couple of years back I purchased Groupons for myself and my 2 daughters. We were all very happy with the cuts & color we had done at that time. We continue to go to Amy and always have good cuts and services. I would definitely recommend the Amy & Little Hair Shoppe for services.

Amy did a really great job on my hair. I was late because i parked in the wrong garage, but she still saw me and took her time doing my hair. I have really thick, course hair and have a history of receiving bad hair cuts. Im really happy with how the cut turned out and it was such a good price. I definitely will come back. It is a bit hard to find, but once you figure it out, she is definitely worth the search.

I saw a Groupon Now deal to see Amy and did a lot of research before going to her. Based off of a few reviews on here, I decided that she must be pretty great, so I went ahead and bought the deal.
It is slightly difficult to find the shop, since it is in a building with a series of other booths, but it’s a cute place and Amy is very friendly and easy to talk to.
I have recently moved to Denver from another state and I miss my old hair stylist a lot. I have had a couple of bad experiences with stylists here and I am very wary of trying another new one.
While Amy is very nice and friendly, I wasn’t very thrilled with my hair cut. She cut it much shorter than I asked for, which I am pretty sad about, since I am trying to grow my hair out after getting it cut shorter last summer. So, now I have to wait even longer to get the 5 inches Amy took off of my length to grow out. But, she did a good job cutting it and it seems to be growing out pretty well, which is a good sign that she gave me a good cut. It was just A LOT shorter than expected.
My suggestion would be to make sure you are very clear about what you are expecting from your cut and to watch to make sure you are getting exactly what you intended. Seems like that happens with a lot of hair stylists though.

Amy is TOTALLY awesome. She is such a sweet individual, nice to talk to, and most importantly for people coming, does a GREAT job with hair. I have NEVER ever even really been to a salon (i’m 26) and have definitely never colored my hair, but I was ready to take the plunge and she not only assuaged my fears and nervousness and made me feel at home, but was really careful to ask me about my decision and exactly what i wanted for the coloring, etc. she also gave me tips and answered questions about how to take care of it without trying to sell me a bunch of products, which i also appreciate. she spent a full two hours with me and did such a good job. i LOVE it and would recommend her to anyone! i will definitely be scheduling with her again for my next appt!

Previously I’ve always taken my 5 year old daughter to those quickie hair cut places for kids where they show cartoons and cut their hair in 5 minutes. It’s great for getting you in and out quickly but the stylists are really hit or miss. My daughter wanted her hair cut very short so I set out to find an actual stylist who did kid hair cuts. I found the Little Hair Shoppe and booked an appointment online.
First off, it is a bit difficult to find the shop. It is upstairs from a bridal shop and then there are just a whole bunch of individual salons which is actually sort of cool. My daughter was not in the greatest mood and I was nervous thinking Amy was going to be less than thrilled that I brought my cranky kid to her but she was great. She was friendly to both me and my daughter and really listened to what we wanted, what our needs were, and all that jazz. She listened to my daughter too which is important — she is really good with kids. My daughter liked her a lot. She also did a great cut. My daughter’s hair looks great and it is exactly what I was envisioning when we walked in there which is pretty impressive since I’m not that great at describing things like that.
She is definitely a find. I’ll probably give her a call myself next time I need a cut.

I have just stated growing my hair longer. That said it was getting a little wild. I found Amy on Unilocal,went to her site and discovered that she has some great advertised specials. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She did a great job of styling my hair so that it would grow in long with out taking too much off. I will definitely be a return customer. She even went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Ask about the free parking. A rare bonus in Cherry Creek North.

Great cut, listened to what I wanted, just an overall great experience.
You can book your appointment online, which is nice. You don’t have to play phone tag and then be sitting in front of your calendar to come up with a day/​time. You just go online and pick one.
I went to the Little Hair Shoppe when my hair had finally recovered (grown out) of the hateful haircut I got at FX. This place is difficult to find, because it is not a storefront. No where on the Cherry Creek directories is there a «Little Hair Shoppe». You have to go to the address and figure out how to get into the salon above the wedding dress store. And, once there, you have to look up Little Hair Shoppe on their directory to get the booth number.
Anyways, when I finally found the place, Amy was great about asking me what I was looking for and making suggestions. I got a great haircut.
FYI– You can get free parking if you park behind the building and ask Amy for a token. This would have been nice to know before I paid for parking down the street.

I did it. I cut bangs. Well, Amy cut them. She cut them well. She cut them for a decent price. And I don’t look like a 10 year old (although 20 would have been nice).
A cute little shoppe upstairs next to Priscilla’s, it’s a great location AND it has free parking. Amy was super. Very friendly and listened to what I wanted and changed what I didn’t. Haven’t taken the kids in for a haircut yet — but Amy does kids hair, too, so I’ll follow up when the super picky child has her hair cut by Amy.

I checked out Little Hair Shoppe, as my reg salon does not offer Brazilian blowouts or keratin treatments.

Amy was chatty, friendly and was very open discussing the services and products. (Quick to offer personal testimony or that of friends and also quick solicit feedback.)
I opted for the keratin treatment in lieu of the Brazilian blowout, largely based on Amy’s advice.
It was only $ 50 for my chin to shoulder length hair and should last 4 – 6 weeks.
NOTE: My hair stills smells like chocolate almost a week later. My hair is definitely easier to style. The first day and even after the first shampoo, my hair felt like a dirty mess.
