Food was ok, it wasnt horrible. but it was«fast mexican food» that took 30+ min to serve. That and a couple of beers and our bill was $ 50(after tip). For«2 star» food. I would have expect a 1x «$» price.”

The service is good, but the food is really, really bad. The food was cold in the middle(microwaved?), and nothing to write home about even when heated properly. Given how many great Mexican restaurants in Denver, it’s not worth wasting time on this one.

I stopped by for lunch last week. I love Mexican food and have enjoyed it all over the country. This place is definitely not high on my list. It does have some redeeming features. The service is excellent! It really is the best part of the experience here. Very friendly, conscientious people. The atmosphere is standard Americanized Mexican. We’ve all seen it before. It’s also clean. Now you have the good news so it’s time for the bad. Let’s start with the menu. For some strange reason the pictures they use of the food are terrible. The quality is very poor and they make a horrible first impression. In this day of digital cameras a child could take better pictures. Not a good beginning! What’s available on the menu is absolutely standard. All the basics are there. Our food was served quickly and the portions were substantial. The taste was just average. Completely unremarkable. I once worked with a business associate that called this kind of food fuel. It fills you up and that’s about it. I definitely would not go out of my way to eat here. I would probably attend a happy hour with friends as long as drinking was my primary objective.

OK — Don’t get all excited. Keep your pantyhose on! Read the reviews on Unilocal before we went and went anyway. The best service around. A felt extremely well taken care of. The food is nothing to get all excited about. Not bad, not great, just middle of the road. I had the chicken fajitas which were very good. They came with the basics on the side some rice and beans. Overall lunch was nice and I felt pleasantly full and satisfied. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again but if someone suggested it I would stop in again.

Well, I was really hoping this place was going to better. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t the worst Mexican food I’ve had but it was certainly less than average. This place is just crazy weird… Jared and I sat in the corner booth between a table of guys who were arrested the day before for assault and battery and an awkward first date where the girl felt like sharing that she had been to anger management 4 times. Scary!

The service here is the best part of the experience. The rest, unfortunately, is just plain boring. The green chili has no flavor, neither did the guac or beans. The salsa was allright, but the chips were little and round and seemed like grocery store chips. Don’t think I’ll be venturing there anytime soon.

Oh man don’t ask why but I was in this neck of the woods and was craving a margarita so I stopped in. They gave me a fishbowl and it was cheap. I wanted to try something new so I ordered the Melon Margarita, I wasn’t expecting a margarita with Dekuyper Liqueur Melon but it was surpsingly tasty. Their chips and salsa is pretty good too.
