As of 4−21−13…the problems mentioned in my earlier review have not been addressed… bathroom still reaks… stopped in just to see if things had changed… NOPE…consumers beware… contacting home office from here on out.

This is one KFC that needs to get its act together. I have a coupon every time I go and whos ever at the register always acts like they have never seen a coupon, much less know how to ring one up. Most of the time a manager has to be called because something gets screwed up. I also agree with the other reviewer about the slow service. I always have to wait even when they are not that busy. It always seems like they are out of the type of chicken you order or don’t have enough pieces to fill the order, which adds to the wait time. KFC management: If you are reading this PLEASE train your staff on how to ring up a coupon correctly.

Primarily, I go to KFC for my favorite, apple pies/turnovers. The pies at this location are typically pretty good. My biggest complaint about this restaurant is the slow service. Perhaps every time I go(at different days/times) there are never enough people working. Today, I was didn’t get any pies. There was no room for more cars in the drive through lane so we went inside. After almost 15 minutes, found out the pies were never placed in the oven. Needless to say, I was not happy. :(
