What other reviewers said is 100% true from my experience. They do not care about you, the place is really dirty, there is mold everywhere, the bathroom/​kitchen combo is really disgusting, and getting your deposit back is impossible.
In fact, even though I was sent a letter stating that I had no damages and was receiving my deposit back in full, I never received any money until I:
–waited the legally required 60 days
–Went to the county recorder’s office to find out the owner’s name
–Served the owner (who lives in boulder) legal documents and threatened a lawsuit
–after 70 days and much legal hassle, I got a check in the mail with a rude note in it
