Very professional with competitive rates. Great experience with Curt, who set up the system and explained everything. He also took the time to take a look at networking and lighting controls and got everything set up correctly. Friendly service on the phone and in person. Only reason for not giving full five stars is that iWired’s cancellation period is 3 days — which is similar to other security systems — but would have preferred 14 – 30 days instead. Otherwise highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Horrible. Expensive system and zero customer service when something breaks. No one responds to customer service emails!
