Took two dress shirts in, one they shrunk so small I can’t wear it any longer and the other they pressed with the collar stays in so now there’s a molded «bas relief» of the stays on each collar. Can’t wear either one. My wife also took in clothing on multiple occasions resulting in missing sequins on a dress and missing buttons on coats. This place is only one block from our house but we won’t be taking our clothes there any longer.

Had a queen size duvet cover cleaned. The zipper was damaged by accident. Hanneck repaired the same day. All personal were helpful and polite.
