I cancelled my appointment within 6 days and am being charged by Marc. He does great work, and I’ve gone to him for 7 years now for $ 400 – 600 straightening processes. That said, I’m not able to reschedule at the moment due to a family crisis, and he’s charging me $ 50 despite all that. Has anyone else had this experience with Marc? It’s hurtful and clearly demonstrates a lack of commitment to long term clients. My mom is dying, so I came to Arizona to help my family get hospice involved and I’m not sure when I’ll be able to indulge myself with a long hair process. Can you reconsider this policy for a long-time customer in the middle of a family crisis? Thank you in advance, Leigh On Oct 18, 2014, at 10:25AM, Laupretre wrote: Leigh, It’s a credit held that you have 90 days to use towards a service. The policy is enforced by the booking system directly. It is only charged when you book a service 3 or more hours and cancel without rescheduling. My apology regarding the confusion surrounding the policy during your challenging family times. I wanted to let you know before it charged you to reschedule. Having been a small business owner myself, I’m well aware that you can change your system or refund the charge if you felt so inclined. I’ll not be rebooking with you, and I understand that I’ll be charged $ 50. I’ll be posting all of this on Unilocal,of course. Leigh
