Miguel came to our house to take measurements to compose a bid and was late to the appointment. Very polite and said he would email us a bid that night or the next day. Two days went by with no bid so i contacted him. He apologized and said that he would get the bid to us that night which he did. After receiving the bid I negotiated the price with Miguel over the phone and we came to an agreement on a new price. Miguel said he would send over the new bid with the price agreed upon that day. Four days passed and no bid. I texted Miguel again and said if he can’t get us the bid I would have to go with another company. Miguel called and apologized and said that he would have the bid to us that day. That evening he sent a text and said that he was fine with me going with another company. Miguel is very nice, but did not prove to be a man of his word in this interaction. Needless to say, we had to go with another company.
