Best pizza I’ve had in Colorado. Huge slices but we still end up eating the whole pie. Homemade ranch? sold. The salad is super simple but the ingredients go well together, I always get the honey lemon vinaigrette.

LOVETHISPIZZA! We have tried a lot of pizza and this is one of the best. We have had it at a few kids parties and I am always asked where we go the pizza from because it tastes sooo good.

The good news? They have a rockin’ late night happy hour deal starting at 9pm — $ 5 for any beer and one-topping pizza slice. The bad news? Their pizza just isn’t very good now. I’ve gone to Fat Sully’s twice over a couple months — once after 9pm another during the afternoon. Each time the crust has been crunchy and the cheese melted into oblivion so much that it blended into the sauce. I used to love Fat Sully’s because the cheese was gooey and the crust was soft and foldable. It was just warm and delicious. Now I don’t recognize what they were known for.

LOVE their pizza. A little expensive, but well worth the price. I’m from NYC and not many places beat this and I consider myself a pizza snob. Reason I don’t give 5 stars for this location. Normally I give a great tip if they come deliver it upstairs(like most places around here do) but their online ordering site gives you the option to prepay the tip because there’s no option to write it in when they deliver. Then you feel like a huge douchebag and have to call in the tip. So I’m inclined to tip ahead of time, but you’d think they come up, right? When I drop a 20% or sometimes 25% tip? No. Some wait in their car. There are some great delivery guys from there and I can never tell who’s going to come. But I feel like those tips get depressed than what I normally give because I don’t know if I’m going to get an attitude from the ones who don’t! :(

Rating this on service seeing we didn’t get a chance to eat. Grabbed a booth seeing there was one other table seated with a few at the bar. Waitress was really attentive to the table that was seated before we got there. However, we waited for 10 minutes without even having our drink order taken… then left. Ate at Punchbowl Social Club instead. Was greeted and had a drink order in within 2 minutes of entering.

I just moved into the area and saw this place on tv! I was stoked to try the food. I’m from the east coast and was worried I wasn’t going to get to eat good thin crust again. I’m glad I found this gem! And I found out they deliver! I will have to return for the breakfast! I was bummed they didn’t serve biscuits and gravy all day I wanted to try some. But It won’t keep me from coming back in the morning to try them!

Super bummed. First time trying this Fat Sully’s location. Called in a pizza at 4:25 pm. Guy said 30 min. Showed up just before 5. Just now leaving with our pizza at 5:45 and it’s cold. every item I we ordered except the pizza, I had to remind the bartender… salad? Jalapeños? No one offered water, a drink, or anything while we waited. I had to even ask if they wanted my name for the pick up order. Poor service and not the service we are accustomed to receiving at the Colfax location. I get its a Broncos game night but the place was by no means packed, empty seats at the bar.

The service started off not so great, but once the confusion was settled, it was wonderful. The pizza was the best we’ve had amd the side salad was amazing! Will definitely go back for more!

Now rumor has it that Chicago is a killer pizza town but when we took our friends(from Chicago!) to Fat Sully’s they were blown away with our us Denverites do pizza. Let’s start off by saying that portions are HUGE. we witnessed table after table getting their signature 26″ pizza — which is massive. It looks delicious, but be prepared to take a lot home! My friend and I decided to share a smaller, GF pizza and were pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Crust was perfect :) Pricing is great for how much food you actually get! Staff is beyond friendly, inviting and helpful. we were very pleased with our waiter! This place continues to be a staple for out of town visitors as it offers SOMANY different kinds of food and a killer atmosphere!

UPDATE: After a couple issues with deliveries, Fat Sully’s quickly reached out and offered a solution. Not only do they toss the best pies in Denver, it is clear that they really care about their customers and community. Thanks for keeping me safe and fed when the weekend nights get long! To any prospective diners: if you order a slice without a side cup of chipotle ranch, you’re doing it wrong!

The pizza was awesome as always! The biscuit was a little less than fresh but the colonel chicken sandwich was over all tasty. I brought company from out of town that was a bit appalled by the 0.75 charge for butter and additional 0.75 for jam on a $ 4 plain biscuit.

If you know me or have ever had a convo with me trying to figure out where to grab a bite to eat, you’ve heard me say«anything but pizza.» Which is my typical response unless I know we’ll be heading to AC and Fat Sully’s. I’m pretty sure the reason I don’t love most pizza is because the dough is typically too thick, the sauce too sweet, and the cheese too heavy. I’ve not been a huge fan of pizza(or the resultant pizza bloat) since high school. But Fat Sully’s does it right. Cracker thin crust, smeared with just a bit of red sauce, a sprinkling of cheese, and then a TON of toppings. I once ordered bacon and had to pick up my slice to shake off the«too much bacon»(who knew that was possible?). My favorite order is black olives, spinach, and italian sausage. SOGOOD. This place is so good that I’ve even gone multiple nights in a row and I’ve never felt the«oh no, I ate too much pizza and now I feel nauseated and gross» feeling. Or the«oh, no. this again?» To sum up: 1) my favorite slice in all of Denver. 2) locations are super convenient(yes, I know this is not true for everyone). but true for most people who like to hang out in SoBo, Colfax, and the new Tennyson location. 3) servers are always nice 4) open pretty late 5) strawberry rhubarb moscow mule. GETONE. Or three.

Stopped by here while wandering around. I am sad to say that I can’t floral up the review in any way other than to say that they make good, hot, New York-style slices and even had sriracha to go on it. It’s fun to watch them make the pizza through the window. It’s clear that everything is quite fresh, and they are open pretty late, so you can get your pizza fix when you need it!

Amazing! On my day off of work I decided to check some shops on Broadway. It was lunchtime and I saw a few people sitting outside the restraunt so I thought I would give it a try! I went in and I was asked if I wanted to sit outside or in and I chose outside. My menu and ice water arrived immediately. I did wait a bit to order but they were fairly busy so I didn’t think much of it. I ordered the slice of pizza and the server suggested that I only choose 4 or 5 toppings as the pizza crust is thin. I chose the toppings one was her suggestion and then she asked me if I wanted a side salad. I said sure. It wasn’t too long and my salad came attached is a picture. It was wonderful! No iceberg lettuce anywhere! Fresh lettuce and toppings! Before I was finished my pizza came as well and it was very gooood! I asked for a refill of my water and it did take a little bit of time but again they were busy. When I went inside to pay a woman who took my money handed me a card and it’s for a free item next time I come! She said I’m sorry our service wasn’t what it usually is on the patio but we didn’t have one of our servers come in so I didn’t have one dedicated to that area. I was blown away! The service wasn’t even bad! I thanked her very much told her it was quite yummy and that I would be back very soon!(And I will be!!!)

One of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had! If I’m being honest, I had about two slices, but I could’ve had more. I loved the sauce and crust. If we lived in Denver, I would be in trouble.

Here I am wanting to order a normal sized pizza, not having any comprehension of what I was about to experience. I ordered for delivery this time, even though the pizza place is right down the street. Yes, I am trying to win the lazy championships. The pizza was MASSIVE, enough to serve six with ease. In terms of the pizza, it was one of the better I’ve had in Denver. It’s all about the crust for me, and it was soft and chewy. Not to mention that mass of humanity called a pizza lasted three days through several meals. It might even be a deal if you are into that kind of stuff. Be confident that Fat Sully’s will make you fat, greasy and happy with a little change to spare.

***FIVESTARREVIEW** Best NY Style Pizza in DENVER Fat Sully’s is my new Champion of Champions. This location’s walk up window serves up MASSIVE slices loaded with all the topping’s you can want in only about 5 mins. The crust is crazy thin– crispy on the bottom but gooey cheese melted over the top. BROTIP: I am so lucky I don’t live close by to Fat Sully’s or I would easily be 100lbs heavier in 2 months time Keep Rocking the Sobo Fat Sully’s– see you soon!

It’s great that you can get whatever you want on just one slice. The pizza is a solid four stars and the service has never been anything but quite friendly. It’s a nice cheap meal anytime you like and the walk-by window is a fun touch. But!(And this applies to the whole Fat Sully’s/Atomic Cowboy/Biscuit Company thing.) Why aren’t there prices on the drink menu? I mean, come on, this isn’t Alinea; it’s a pizza place that sometimes sells biscuits. Let’s not get all«market price» with the PBR.

Fact: I’ve never consumed a slice of pizza so large. Let’s get something straight — this place is three places in one: Fat Sully’s, Atomic Cowboy and the Denver Biscuit Co. What does that mean for you? You can enjoy an enormous slice of ‘za with a handcrafted Moscow mule and a side of sweet potato fries covered in mushroom gravy… This is the stuff culinary dreams are made of, people! I’ll focus on the pizza since that’s where Fat Sully’s comes in. It’s New York Style which means a nice thin crust with the toppings to your liking. With four of us, we had the option of ordering slices or personal pizzas or one giant one(26 inch) to share among the table. We opted for the large. After sharing aforementioned sweet potato fries(heavenly), our pizza arrived. Each slice spans 13 inches and one can certainly fill you up. Needless to say, we took half of it home. Case in point is that this pizza hits the spot. Wash it down with some local brews or cocktail creations and you got yourself a satisfying meal on Broadway! P. S. While the pizzas bake, grab a board game to play at the table!
