Aaron was very helpful and informative regarding a Rockwell Litho we own. Gave us the straight low-down on our classic, but aging piece’s worth. All the staff is professional and welcoming. Loved the John Lennon shows.

After reading the mixed reviews, I was a bit skeptical to order my artwork because I had not visited the gallery and would be placing my order online or over the phone. After speaking with Aaron I started to relax and took a leap of faith. I am so glad I did! Not only did they quote me a better price than I had been given at other galleries, I received my artwork within 10 days! LOCAL galleries were telling me it would take 8 – 10WEEKS for shipping. My artwork and frame were beautiful Thank you FAscination St. Fine Art(Aaron and Katryna). You have a very happy customer and I’ve already recommended you to a few friends.

I have purchased 2 Todd White paintings from this gallery. I live in California, and the first I ordered on-line. I was a little uneasy about ordering from a gallery I had not visited, but I did my research & it seemed to be reputable. My mother now lives in Denver, and as such I made the time to visit the gallery. What a beautiful gallery it is! I liked it so much I bought a 2nd Todd White painting. They shipped it the day after I bought it & I can’t wait to hang it in my home! The first time I dealt with Alice, and the second time with Ele. Both were wonderful to work with, patient, informative, and made the experience wonderful. If you are in Denver and you enjoy art, visit this gallery.

For the past two years I have been a patron of Fascination St. Fine Art and have had the best experience I have ever had working with a gallery anywhere in the US. I have attended a number of gallery events, most recently one with artist Alexandra Nechita earlier this month. Gallery owner Aaron LePedis is extremely personal and knowledgeable and has surrounded himself with a magnificent support staff. I have been particularly impressed by my interaction with Alice Crandall, Gallery Director. Alice has not only supported my selection and purchase of a number of pieces from diverse artists such as Michael Godard, Fabio Napoleoni and Bone Daddy, but assisted me in getting a statue with great sentimental value repaired and also found a resource for me to assist with determining the value of an antique oil painting. Her great personality and focus on customer service typifies the attitude and vision of Aaron and his gallery. If you are looking for art that fits their genre, or just want to attend a gallery event to learn and experience art with a staff that finds joy in service, you must visit Fascination St. Fine Art.

These people STARTEDOUT very nice. I was interested in a Robert Bissell piece that they had advertised as in stock on their website and made an on-line inquiry. The next day, there was a 10% off coupon in my email inbox, which was very nice. We called and ordered the piece. We paid with a credit card, made arrangements for shipping and asked about how it would be shipped. We were told to expect it in the mail within 5 – 10 days by the nice sales person. Now, five days later,(when I’m started to get excited about it’s arrival) we are notified that the gallery does not have the piece and cannot locate it anywhere else either. Apparently they are selling items not in their inventory. This is especially upsetting because I KNOW it’s hard to find and was very happy that they apparently had it in stock. I just don’t understand how companies get away with lying to customers like this for FIVEDAYS! We should have received a call back immediately — no, we should have been told the truth and never been suckered into giving them our money in the first place. What a pain!!! ***UPADTE**** After posting this and also writing directly to the artist, the piece that I was looking for was found and I was happy to receive the artwork, shipped from a totally different gallery in SF. I am still unsure about how it all went down, as I haven’t heard what I believe to be the true timeline of events from anyone. Things that I have heard — that it was a miscommunication with the publisher and it is usual practice for galleries to sell something as «in stock» before knowing it really is.(They don’t know what is or isn’t really in stock, since it isn’t physically at their gallery.) I heard the Bissell studio found it and had it sent to me from another gallery, I heard the original email from the gallery to the publisher went to their spam folder… I heard the owner paid retail for it when he finally found it.(The owner was nice enough to call me, tell me that AFTER he read this review.) He asked me to change this review as he was«shocked and appalled» at my review. Let’s be clear here-I am SUPERHAPPY I got this piece, but I am really confused about how it all happened. When I hear a salesperson who has already had my money for FIVE days say it was a «miscommunication», something is definitely not right. What’s so wrong with something like, «we cannot guarantee it’s in stock, but will take your card number and only charge you after we have found it»? OKAY if they have art you like, go for it, but be sure they have the piece in stock before giving them your money. «Regular practice» or not, that’s just good sense.

The best store ever! Letter I wrote to staff: «Dear Brinley, Every time I’ve spoken with you, it’s made me feel better on a bad day(which is what art is supposed to do); never caused me any reason for doubt or stress; you speak very highly of your co-workers and owners and artists and their agents –so refreshing(!); you’ve instilled confidence in me as your client & in your gallery’s professionalism, ability to please its clientele, your own professionalism and expert salesmanship; and most importantly: made me feel that you and your owners truly care about clients as human beings; value my business & show it; & keep clients well informed and happy so that they can plan ahead for their finances, travel, and purchases. Kudos especially on your last email! Every business transaction with you has been a unique pleasure, and every communiqué has been chock full of relevant, helpful, and exciting information!!! Finally, every time you take my calls, I can hear the smile in your voice upon hearing my name, or the sympathy when you lend an ear, or the expertise when you give advice. You are not just a salesperson. You are truly a Consultant!»
