The injera here is tender, fluffy, delicious ! It seems she uses 100% teff without cutting it with wheat flour. This is the best injera I have tasted. We also bought some Berbere and a shortcut sauce mix. Haria is lovely and so helpful!

This is an Ethiopian mini shop that has everything in it. Specially this shop Injera is the best in town! Plus the bread which is called (Amibasha) is good for morning breakfast. I have been shopping to this store since 2011.
