This is my go-to place for bread! It’s way cheaper than buying from the supermarket and the actual bakery the bread comes from is located right next door. My usual purchases are Sara Lee’s 45 calories and delightful whole wheat bread, Oroweat’s potato bread, and Thomas English muffins. I can usually get four loaves for around $ 7 and that qualifies for two free loaves in addition. They also have a punch card which is another great value. I stock up on bread here and freeze what I can’t eat right away. Best times to go are mid-mornings on weekdays and weekend mornings to avoid heavy traffic times on Evans.

Been to this place several times! Always Friendly Staff, and great variety of Bread/Carbs for the whole Fam! :) If you pay a certain amount on your trip, there’s a punch/stamp card that allows you to get free bread when you fill up your card. We always make at least a monthly trip here and stock our freezer full of loaves of bread. Why go to the grocery store and pay full price, when you can get the same quality breads for the fraction of the amount! :) It’s a no brainer especially if you are feeding a family that loves their bread!

Amazing staff and super cheap. I’m crazy frugal(read: broke) and so it’s nice to spend as little as possible on silly stuff like bread. They have donuts and English muffins, jelly, pizza crusts, cookies, and lots and lots of bread. If you’re trying to be thrifty, this is totally the spot. I haven’t purchased a loaf of bread from a supermarket in over 3 years.

How wonderful is this place? The smells, the employees, the offers! Spend 8 dollars and get a freebie. 1st timers get a freebie no matter how much you spend. Breads, cakes, cookies, soups, tortillas, wraps. All sorts of good stuff. Be careful of the expiry’s, but that’s to be expected, right?

I love that this place is in smelling distance of home. Sometimes I will take the dog out for a walk in the early morning hours and smell cinnamon rolls. Mmmm We decided to give the place a shot on a Sunday afternoon and see what it was all about. It’s not a very big place but it has a lot to offer. They have many types of Orowheat bread, English muffins, bagels, and Entenmanns’s treats. They also have some soup mixes, honey, and other random stuff. I grabbed a basket full of stuff and made my way to the cashier. She informed me about how every $ 8 you spend you get a free item off the table and she also told me about their punch card system. You get double points on Tuesday and Sunday. The cashiers are friendly and helpful and the prices can’t be beat. I grabbed extra to throw in the freezer for a later time.

I usually don’t walk out with what I stopped by for but I am always introduced to some other worthwhile deal for the day. The staff is very friendly and informative. The store can get a bit crowded and the parking is… well the parking itself isn’t bad but the location is complicated. It takes forever to get back onto Evans during the stores hours of operations. Traffic is just crazy right there.

Love, love, love this place. Even there I see the effects of rising costs since I now have to spend $ 8 to get my free bread. But they often have«goodies» they just throw into your bag, and if you reuse your bag you buy there — frequent user reward(about 25 cents but it adds up). In addition there is the punch card — Sundays and Tuesdays are double punch days. Great products — love my sourdough bread, and the windmill cookies.

Today I visited for the last time what used to be a great deal purchasing short dated breads and deserts at less then half the price. I primarily went in for a loaf of Orowheat oat bread. Although all the bread had but four days shelf life two differerent printed signs stated it was fresh bread 3.19. as i knew both the price, and shelf life were better at safeway on Colorado blvd. I purchased the same bread at 2.99 with 6 days shelf life remaining. The free bread table, which requires you to spend at least a dollar, and have a full Bakery outlet card once you have purchased 40.00. No longer has any name brand breads avaiable the past few times I visited. The party is over. No longer worth the gas to go ten blocks out of your way/

Since I moved to this side of town(about 6 years ago), we have gone to the Entenmann’s Bakery Outlet on S Evans(off of I-25& Evans exit). There are always great bread deals to be found here. We tend to stock up and put the bread we can’t use in the freezer. I have long been a fan of Oroweat breads and I love being able to get them at a deeply discounted price. Luckily for us, the bakery is right there onsite, so the breads have not been sitting very long. Bread prices are $ 1.79 a loaf. As well, there are hamburger and hot dog buns and other rolls. There are bagels, English muffins, Bagel Thins and Sandwich Thins too. Sweets lovers will found cookies and Entenmann’s crumb and coffee cakes at a discounted price as well. For every purchase over $ 6 garners you a free bread item. There’s also a discount card that gives you a point for each $ spent. Once you reach $ 20(or $ 25), you an receive more free things, which is always nice. I usually walk out of the store spending between $ 7 – 8 dollars and have lots of Sandwich Thins, Bagel Thins, sandwich bread and possibly english muffins. We love the bread in our house. If you are anywhere near here or not, you should check it out.

Bread and I have been involved in a serious affair for quite some time now, and I’m not ashamed. We belong together. So it should come as no surprise that I would frequent one of Bread’s many hangouts, the discount bakery that is Entenmann’s. You can get two loaves of bread there for $ 3. Donuts, coffee cake, little bite-sized brownies? Oh yes. Plus, if you’re a fan of Bimbo products, they have those, too. Just this morning, I discovered they also sell jam there for $ 2.59 in the cutest little mason jars — complete with handles! Did I mention that if you buy $ 5 worth of carbohydrates, they give you a free loaf of bread and/or coffeecake? FREEBREAD, PEOPLE. Plus, they, too, have one of those punch card deals. Lastly, I can also attest to the fact that they have the friendliest people on Earth staffing this store. If Heaven has a smell, it has to be Eau de Entenmann’s. If you’ve ever driven by it, you know what I’m saying. Next time you’re down that way, drop in. Totally, totally worth it.
