The newest location of the«chain» of Endorphin locations popping up around the Denver metro area. This location focuses on CrossFit-style workouts. The three Cross-Fit style class types are: MetCon(Metabolic Conditioning), Strength and Power and Endurance Training«Endurphin». Mountain Made Fitness is another class offered there that is not a CrossFit format, but is a strength-based workout focusing on moves for plyometric, squat, lunge, chest, shoulders and core. As this is a new location, more and more classes are being added every week! This location is no-frills, no shower, a bathroom and a protein/smoothie station(that you supply your own ingredients) and it is a fantastic space! This is located in an industrial area, which fits in with the CrossFit feel. There are plenty of barbells, Airdynes, ViPR tubes, weight plates, dumb bells, kettle bells, TRX wall and other instruments of torture. It’s THEBEST!!! The community at Endorphin has always been incredible. I am thrilled they are branching out into CrossFit-style workouts with more focus on strength. In each workout, the instructors are focused on teaching skills, watching form and motivating students to their full potential. The classes are small, no more than 12 students and it really helps you to feel safe and supported while learning new barbell movements. I am so excited by this location, I could just burst!
