Barkely made our wedding cake in 2004. It is still something we talk about, and our guest talk about. Not just the beautiful form and decoration, but the TASTE! So many other cakes we tried from other locations tasted like sawdust. Barkley’s cakes were all so delicious that we had 7 different flavors for our wedding (7 tiers in 2 cakes). This was entertainment at our wedding — guests were so excited to taste each layer as they were brought out from the kitchen after being cut. SOOOOO GOOOD! SOO very good! Almost 10 years ago, and we are still talking about the cakes.

Delicious! Beautiful! Creative! Fun! I can’t say enough things about Barkley Eberline’s amazing pastry creations. They have so much personality and are really fun to eat. I’ve only ever had his pastries in cupcake form, but I’d definitely look into having him bake my (insert special occasion here) cake. It would add flair to any party!
