Decent cleaners but I agree with the others… I paid $ 34.48 to get a dress, scarf, and jacket cleaned. They did a very small hem on the jacket as well but wow. I have never paid so much at a dry cleaner.

This falls under the never again category. I thought it was a little pricey, but seeing how there isnt much else in the area I chocked it up to that. Dropped 1(one) shirt off on a Thursday morning and was told it couldnt possibly be ready until monday morning. Thought that was a while, but ok. Showed up monday around noon and come to find out EVERYSINGLEITEMISSENTOUTTOANOTHERFACILITY. this is simply a store front and they do nothing in house. So im there and she is on the phone with the facility they send out to in an effort to try and find my one shirt. She tells me to come back after 6:30 but before 7:00. Awesome. When I go back that had my shirt but I must say it was a very sub par job at best. The press was very careless and there is little to no starch on it considering I asked for a lot. Go somewhere else.

They are way over priced. They charged me for dresses when I said they were shirt rompers. Then acted like she was going to argue when I said they were not dresses. I am tired of them trying to screw over this community.

So far so good on alterations. Dry cleaning is good except once they missed a stain. It is convenient enough I’ll keep going. =)

I went in last week to get pants hemmed 65 minutes until closing and the lady there made me feel like a burden for coming in because she was getting ready for the next day. Enough to where she asked me to go home and get a pair of pants to measure the inseam so I wouldn’t have to try them on in the store. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I don’t recommend Dry Clean USA for your dry cleaning needs. The staff are argumentative, impolite and they’re incompetent at dry cleaning. I recently took a business suit there to be dry cleaned. It was strange that a Tuesday drop-off wouldn’t be ready until Saturday, especially for the price, but having no immediate alternative I decided to try them out. Soon afterwards, I’m at a conference and about to present a lecture, but as I put on the jacket I can smell that it wasn’t cleaned properly! I took the jacket back to the store and the lady there was extremely argumentative, saying that it «couldn’t be cleaned». Well, why didn’t they tell me that beforehand, and what kind of dry cleaners are they if they can’t clean a simple jacket? At any rate, I’m a clean person, and it’s not like I have any abnormal odor. They’re simply incompetent. Finally, after some other customers walked in, she relented to doing the job again for free to fix their sloppy work. However, today, I went there to collect the jacket and the woman refused to give me the jacket until I paid for it! Again, I explained the situation, but again, and she only relented when another customer walked in… Sure, this is Green Valley Ranch and there aren’t many dry cleaning options, but go the extra distance to Gateway Park, Aurora, or elsewhere for better service, and to have your clothes cleaned properly. If you value your clothes enough that you dry clean them, avoid Dry Clean USA.
