This review is for my most recent experience. Online it says the Caesar salad comes with the dressing and breadsticks. I got neither. So a dry salad and no breadsticks. After working all day and ordering delivery I just wanted to come home and have my salad and wings. At least I had the wings I guess. I even asked the guy if that was everything when he handed me the bag and he said yes.

If I could give you no stars I would. There are 9?? maybe 10 people behind this counter and it took you 10 minutes to greet me, then you won’t break my 50, which, by the way, you don’t have posted anywhere. Then you’re yelling at your co workers and putting people on hold. Very disorganized. Very loud. Very unprofessional and unproductive. Don’t go to this one. Ever.

There pizza is good but there customer service isnt the best. Not a huge deal but When im being nice and tell the person to have a good day and get hung up on doesnt make me wanna call back it takes 3seconds to say it back didnt seem like she enjoys her job tiif your awnsering phones for your company costumer service is a must you just dont hang up its your job to make your costumer feel like you want there business. But its not the end of the world lol.

We probably order from this location 3 times a month. They are always great. Fresh and fast. We order online, but the delivery drivers are always friendly. I just really love this store! :)

So, the other night I ordered pizza for delivery. They had a special for $ 19.99 for 2 med. 1 topping pizza, parmesan bites, cinnasticks, and a 2 liter of soda. Food was typical commercial delivery. The driver forgot to bring the parmesan bites. I called right away to let them know. I spoke with Evan who apologized and offered to bring them out asap. He delivered them personally along with another 2 liter for our trouble. I worked at Pizza Hut a long long time ago, and it’s nice to see people still have great customer service. I’m sure we’ll order again someday.
