After spending the better part of 2 hours on the phone and leaving multiple messages, I have still yet to hear back from the account rep«Rachel». She is supposed to call again today, as they will be disrupting my service if I do not pay. As I have stated with them prior, «I am happy to pay» if they can in fact take the time to right what they have done wrong and set the plan up as it was purported to be! More to come… 03÷29÷12 They are still giving me the run around. It is at this point that they want me to speak with the VP of Verizon in order to get this issue resolved. I am not sure what kind of antic this is, yet I can say that it is very ineffective. I am in fact on my 4th in store visit, 16th call, and have yet to have a single call back. More to come…
