Denver Party Ride

We used Denver Party Ride while vacationing in the Denver area. The driver was professional and timely each time he was scheduled to pick us up. The bus seemed a little older, but it was clean and comfortable. It was a lot of fun as a large group to travel together from site to site. We played music and watched movies as we traveled and the adults as well as the children had a blast. I would highly recommend this company.

When speaking to these people over the phone, I felt like they had their stuff together and gave me no reason to think we’d encounter any issues. On the day of the ceremony, a ratty black Hummer with little to no AC showed up instead of a white Cadillac Escalade we had reserved. We had also reserved a 30 passenger party bus to transport our guests from the hotel to venue. The bus was 30 minutes late getting to the hotel and showed up with the inside messy from a previous charter. We had blocked the bus for an 8hr charter so guests could leave back to the hotel when they chose, except the bus was apparently double booked and left our event to cater to another and left our guests stranded. Near the time of our event ending, a 20 passenger limo car showed up to take our guests to the hotel. Three trips later and numerous cabs and ubers, all our guests were back at the hotel. The limo driver even told us that the bus had left to take CU football fans back to boulder. When I called the company to discuss the issue, I received nothing but excuses that contradicted what happened. I don’t think we could have received any worse service. Should you choose to use this company anyways, be advised; they charge you 20% gratuity despite telling you over the phone that you can tip the drivers if you wish.
