Most amazing breakfast/lunch spot on Colfax. DBC Club is on point. Haven’t had a better dish featuring biscuits. Must go, and must take any from out of town.

This place is WAY too close to my house for comfort. Calories calories to quote Steel Magnolias — to which I say all things in moderation. A calorie bomb on a plate for sure. Having been raised by Southern women I make a mean biscuit myself but these come pretty close. I prefer mine simple though — just butter and jam. Some of the topping choices are just too much for me. Friend had the Franklin with gravy, fried chicken, cheese and egg — pass — I’d be in a food coma half way through but to each his own. Star off is for pretty pokey service but then they’re always slammed.

Visited the second weekend in December while on vacation to see our Broncos!(I’m from LA) The food was amazing, and the staff was so friendly giving us suggestions on what we should do while we are out there. I want to say Ashley was our server?(I’m sorry if I’m way off). Food and service was so great we came back the next morning. Order the Franklin, it will change your life.

Expect to wait but you can’t go wrong with any item on the menu! Enjoy a biscuit and a super mimosa and the world will be your oyster! Love the environment and staff!

Great Food and Service. We got the Chicken Biscuit and Gravy and the French Toast Biscuit with sausage. Very good! I wanna go back to Denver for this again lol. I wish the biscuit company was in New York. You guys would make soooo much money!!! It’s sucks because we actually purchased extra biscuits to come home with and left them in the rental car

You might think a biscuit sandwich would be too dry, but they are generous with their mayo! Delicious BLT for me and the Club with chicken for my friend. Great sweet potato fries, cinnamon rolls and anything biscuit. They always have a sour on tap. Can’t wait to go back and try them again!

Friendly staff and always on point with my order. I always get the Franklin when I come but I sometimes get something different.

Fluffy biscuits. Yummy jams and jellies. AWESOMEBISCUITSANDWICHES(and mushroom gravy). My sister and my better half both got the Franklin and licked their plates clean(literally). I got a biscuit with apple butter. The biscuit was fluffy and doughy — all you could ask for in a biscuit. Apple butter was spice-a-licious. I’ve had the mushroom gravy before, and wowza, they rocked my tastebuds. There’s an unlimited coffee bar for $ 3, or sumtin. If you’re on a budget and want to try a biscuit, get a biscuit a la carte and mushroom gravy over it. It’s amazing. You won’t regret it(unless your New Years resolution is to lose a ridiculous amount of weight, and you are on a diet. But … then … why would you even come here?)

Great food and atmosphere! The food is huge so come hungry. The only downside is the wait and limited parking, but again the food definitely makes up for it. Definitely a place to bring visiting family and friends.

Biscuits are AMAZING. I just had a filling biscuits and gravy classic with an egg on top, bacon on the side. It had so much flavor and(like I said) the biscuits were amazing! Also had bacon that was nice and crispy with good flavor. Service was great and vibe was between bar and cozy coffee shop. Low-key and comfortable. A nice experience!

Denver Biscuit Company has the BEST biscuits! They are huge and fluffy and have yummy jam to smother them in! My only complaint is they don’t really have a children’s menu so the only option for my kids were giant biscuits. This wasn’t a huge issue as they both love biscuits, but it doesn’t make for a well rounded meal. I will definitely stop in again, but sans kids.

Came in for a late lunch after visiting Stranahan’s Whisky which is nearby. I had the Franklin which was pretty fantastic. Fried chicken, bacon, egg, and biscuit– how could you go wrong. I also tried the Dahlia with french toast which was ok. but not as good as the Franklin. In my opinion their bacon is better than the sausage. They also serve a local coffee(call boxcar) which was surprisingly good.

I love this spot! The atmosphere is pretty awesome. I really dug the décor! All staff that I came in contact with were very chill and friendly. Now on to the food and drinks. I had the Franklin with an over easy egg. OHMAN! can you say DELICIOUS! Everything was cooked perfectly. That sausage gravy was everything! If you don’t eat pork they also give you the option of getting vegetarian or mushroom gravy. Oh! I can’t forget the biscuit… Yummy! Nice and soft but held up with all of the toppings! I had to use a knife and fork to eat it because this def isn’t a pick me up and eat me sandwich. My mom got the Dahlia and she loved it. This sandwich can either be served with a biscuit(which my mom got) or in between french toast. We heard both are great! My mom had the self-serve coffee and went back for a refill, sooo that means it was good. I had the mimosa which Id so get again. It was very good and well made. They add a little twist with a orange liquor. I also had a Pickle back shot which is my fave! Their homemade pickle juice… Im speechless! Its like a bread and butter kind of taste but with a spicy kick! We loved this place and when I visit again I will deff make my way to Denver Biscuit Company!

People talked highly of this place and it did not disappoint. There are two restaurants in Denver and my wife and I ended up going to the other one rather than this one. Anywho, they have supermosas! Mimosas with vodka! Of course, I ordered one. My wife was hesitant with the Bloody Mary but ended up ordering one anyway. It wasn’t the best one we’ve had, but oh well. The seating was a bit odd; it’s stools so it was a bit uncomfortable. Service was awesome. No complaints on that. For food — best biscuits ever. What a great idea! I ordered the sausage and gravy. My wife ordered the Franklin with egg and she loved it as well. The biscuit was just on point. Geez. I could eat that every morning. Good thing we don’t have one in DC. One of our friends also ordered sweet potato fries. Delicious. Will definitely be back.

Biscuits can be done wrong but this place definitely does them right! Three restaurants rolled into one. Denver Biscuit Company, The Atomic Cowboy, and Fat Sully’s Pizza. Denver Biscuit serves glorious biscuit sandwiches plain or piled high with chicken, bacon, gravy and even catfish. For an appetizer, my friends and I indulged in a giant cinnamon roll. Yum! The cream cheese frosting had just the right amount of sweetness and the cinnamon roll was baked perfectly with a crispy bottom that was divine! My main course was The Ellis minus the pickles and mustard. The fried chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection. With every bite, my tastebuds were introduced to a new spice! The local honey tamed but also enhanced the flavor of the biscuit. This definitely was one of the best chicken biscuit that I’ve had. P. S. You can order plain biscuits to go! Put them in your freezer to have for special occasions or just for the heck of it!

The Franklin is where it’s at. The perfect breakfast for a hangover… or just if you’re craving a delicious treat. The combination of fried chicken, bacon, cheese and biscuit are the perfect start to the morning. Oh, and the gravy? Don’t miss this place.

Wanted to try this place for a while, then had my chance one Saturday morning. The Hornet was closed at 8:30 but not DBC. We were seated right away around 8:30 am Saturday morning. Parking was slightly tricky but it’s a great place for bikes! I just had a plain biscuit with Strawberry-Ruhbarb jam and a side of bacon. jam was so good I could have eaten it with a spoon and the biscuit was flaky on the outside and lovely inside. The bacon was a bit more crunchy than I like it but it paired super well. Food is a bit costly but it’s Broadway… and they’re open super early which is a plus for me.

Looking for great, savory comfort food, Denver Biscuit lives up to the hype! I was very pleased with the Franklin which included fried chicken, cheddar, and gravy. Everything was perfect about the meal including the price. The service was good as well. However be prepared to wait on a Sunday morning as this place gets very crowded.

A great stop in Denver if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. Today I helped devour a giant cinnamon roll as well as my own«sandwich». You may ask why the«» but please reference the picture(no way you are not going to need a fork to eat it). Service was good, food was good, vibe was good. The cornerstones of any good restaurant.

One of my favorite stops in Denver. I had this French toast and egg sandwich(called the Dahlia) which is probably the best I’ve had hands down. I loved the sausage mixed with the syrup. So good. Wait … Better than that … It was perfection! Plus, interestingly enough, it’s like a bar, so you can order a craft beer with your meal if so inclined. It was too early in the morning for me, so I had a glass of water instead. But my cohorts decided on Bloody Mary’s and IPA’s. Ha. I would strongly recommend this place … It was really tasty food and friendly service, too!
